Members of Lowe’s family continue to stand up for their values and help others. This willingness to fight for what is right dates back to a very important member of Lowe’s family, Edmund Kelly. Lowe shared a photo of Kelly’s letter to Abraham Lincoln on August 21st, 1863. The letter is titled “The Colored Man’s Interest in the Present War.” He wrote the letter supporting the recruitment of troops for the U.S. Colored Troop at the time. Individuals with disabilities are active and present members of society and deserve to be included in faith communities. One in four Americans and nearly one billion individuals worldwide are impacted by a disability (World Health Organization, 2023). Despite this, churches often fail to provide meaningful inclusion, as 90–95% of individuals with disabilities have no access to the gospel through in-person church services (Scheuermann, 2021). While many congregations intend to be welcoming, they frequently lack the training, resources, and adaptable materials necessary to implement inclusive ministry practices. The climatic drivers of wildfire behavior may change in strength but these effects are not likely to be uniform across space and between different vegetation types. Arabic is a diglossic language in which standard Arabic coexists with diverse spoken varieties, posing distinct challenges for language acquisition and instruction. Understanding how this context shapes bib_meiseles_1980 educational outcomes is essential for improving Arabic language teaching and learning. Following PRISMA guidelines, we searched eight education and social science databases, and relevant grey literature (1970–2021), screening 927 Arabic and English records and including 101 studies. Descriptive review synthesis identified five recurring themes: Diglossic distance, achievement gap, prestige and attitudes, policy, and exposure to Standard Arabic, including parental engagement. Personalized dermatology increasingly leverages both genetic predispositions and lifestyle behaviors to model individual skin health outcomes. This study proposes a multi-output machine learning framework to predict the severity of six dermatological phenotypes—acne, redness, dryness, sensitivity, scarring, and pigmentation—using a multimodal dataset of 5,254 individuals. Input features include mutation profiles for six skin-related genes (FLG, MMP1, MMP3, AQP3, SOD2, GPX) and 22 lifestyle variables such as sun exposure, stress, and hydration. We train and evaluate LightGBM models under independent, multi-output, and chained configurations. Performance is assessed using Mean Absolute Error (MAE) and average Quadratic Weighted Kappa (QWK). However, conventional deep learning approaches often encounter challenges in handling dense mammographic tissues and lack transparency in decision-making, limiting their clinical reliability. Describing both the connection and discipline of the YLP, Oliver-Vélez remembers “detention” being held in the Bronx, where a member would read and recite their wrongs in writing before returning to Manhattan to pick up children for free breakfast programs, take them to school, pick up papers, and distribute them for the remainder of the day.
