Low levels of biological literacy among students, particularly in biotechnology, highlight the need for innovative digital learning media that facilitate meaningful and contextual learning experiences. This study aimed to develop and evaluate an interactive biotechnology e-module based on in silico vaccine design to improve students’ biological literacy. The study employed Educational Design Research (EDR) using the Hannafin and Peck model, which consists of three phases: needs assessment, development, and implementation. The participants included 73 tenth-grade science students and one biology teacher from SMAN 68 Jakarta, Indonesia. บทความนี้ศึกษาวิวัฒนาการของความรับผิดทางอาญาของนิติบุคคลในประเทศฝรั่งเศสผ่านแนวคิด personnes morales ซึ่งบัญญัติไว้ในมาตรา 121-2 แห่งประมวลกฎหมายอาญาฝรั่งเศส โดยศึกษาแนวคิดนี้ภายใต้กรอบของความรับผิดของนิติบุคคลต่ออาชญากรรมร้ายแรง โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งในบริบทของกฎหมายอาญาระหว่างประเทศ ซึ่งโดยหลักแล้วกำหนดความรับผิดแก่บุคคลธรรมดาเท่านั้น คำถามวิจัยหลักของการศึกษานี้คือ แนวคิด personnes morales ของฝรั่งเศสช่วยอุดช่องว่างของความรับผิดทางอาญาในกรณีที่นิติบุคคลได้เข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในการกระทำความผิดอาญาร้ายแรงตามธรรมนูญกรุงโรมได้หรือไม่ และแนวคิดนี้สามารถนำมาใช้กับความรับผิดทางอาญาระหว่างประเทศได้เพียงใด บทความได้วิเคราะห์คดีสำคัญ เช่น คดีอื้อฉาวทางเภสัชกรรม Mediator คดี Lafarge S.A. ในซีเรีย และคำพิพากษา Association Sportive ซึ่งตัดสินโดยศาลอาญาของฝรั่งเศส โดยที่ศาลได้วางหลักเกี่ยวกับเจตนาของนิติบุคคล (corporate mens rea) ผสมผสานกับความรับผิดโดยอาศัยการเป็นตัวแทนและความรับผิดโดยอิสระขององค์กร รวมถึงวิธีที่ศาลฝรั่งเศสบังคับใช้บทลงโทษกับนิติบุคคลได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ นอกจากนี้ ยังมีการอ้างอิงเปรียบเทียบกับสหราชอาณาจักรและสวีเดนเพื่อแสดงให้เห็นแนวทางทางเลือกอื่น ๆ และเน้นย้ำว่าระบบฝรั่งเศสมีส่วนช่วยในการพัฒนาแนวคิดความรับผิดทางอาญาของนิติบุคคลอย่างไร ท้ายที่สุด บทความนี้ชี้ให้เห็นว่าหลักคำสอนของ personnes morales ไม่เพียงแต่เป็นกรอบแนวคิดเชิงปฏิบัติเท่านั้น แต่ยังเป็นแนวทางเชิงทฤษฎีที่สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาช่องว่างของความรับผิดในกฎหมายอาญาระหว่างประเทศได้และเสนอข้อคิดสำคัญสำหรับการปฏิรูปในอนาคตเพื่อเสริมสร้างความรับผิดชอบของภาคธุรกิจในระดับข้ามเขตอำนาจศาล

คำชี้ขาดที่เกิดจากกระบวนการอนุญาโตตุลาการระหว่างประเทศมักจะลงท้ายด้วยส่วนที่เป็นประกาศิต 2 ส่วน ส่วนแรกเป็นคำชี้ขาดที่ว่าด้วยจำนวนค่าเสียหาย ค่าสินไหมทดแทนที่ฝ่ายแพ้คดีจะต้องชำระหรือใช้คืนให้แก่ฝ่ายชนะคดีหรือปฏิบัติการชำระหนี้รูปแบบอื่นให้แก่ฝ่ายที่ชนะคดี รวมเรียกว่าเป็นคำชี้ขาดในเนื้อความแห่งคดี ส่วนที่สองเป็นคำชี้ขาดในเรื่องค่าใช้จ่ายซึ่งมักกำหนดจำนวนค่าใช้จ่ายในการอนุญาโตตุลาการที่ฝ่ายแพ้คดีต้องชำระหรือใช้คืนให้แก่ฝ่ายชนะคดี เรียกว่าคำชี้ขาดในส่วนค่าใช้จ่าย ค่าใช้จ่ายในการอนุญาโตตุลาการมีจำนวนสูงขึ้นอย่างสม่ำเสมอ แม้ว่าเทคโนโลยีจะได้รับการพัฒนาให้ก้าวหน้าอย่างต่อเนื่องและมีการนำเอาเทคโนโลยีมาใช้ในกระบวนการอนุญาโตตุลาการอย่างกว้างขวางก็ตาม คู่พิพาทฝ่ายที่แพ้คดีอนุญาโตตุลาการระหว่างประเทศนอกจากต้องแบกรับภาระค่าใช้จ่ายของตนแล้วยังจะถูกบังคับโดยคำชี้ขาดให้เข้ารับภาระหรือชดใช้ค่าใช้จ่ายของฝ่ายที่ชนะคดีด้วย ทั้งนี้เป็นไปตามหลักเกณฑ์ที่ว่า “Costs follow the event” หรือ “ผู้แพ้เป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่าย” ที่ถือปฏิบัติกันอยู่ในวงการอนุญาโตตุลาการระหว่างประเทศ หลักเกณฑ์นี้กำเนิดขึ้นในประเทศอังกฤษ ต่อมาถูกนำไปใช้กันอย่างแพร่หลายทั่วโลกทั้งในประเทศคอมมอนลอว์และประเทศซิวิลลอว์ คู่พิพาทที่หวั่นวิตกว่าจะต้องรับภาระค่าใช้จ่ายที่สูงลิ่วหากตนตกเป็นฝ่ายแพ้คดี สามารถนำเอาวิธีการยื่นคำเสนอปิดผนึกเพื่อประนอมข้อพิพาทมาใช้เป็นเครื่องมือจำกัดหรือลดค่าใช้จ่ายดังกล่าว หลักปฏิบัติในเรื่องการทำคำเสนอปิดผนึกเพื่อประนอมข้อพิพาทถือเป็นเรื่องใหม่สำหรับประเทศไทย ผู้เขียนมีความประสงค์ที่จะนำเสนอหลักกฎหมายและประเพณีปฏิบัติในเรื่องดังกล่าวที่แพร่หลายอยู่ในสถาบันอนุญาโตตุลาการหลักของโลกให้ผู้ประกอบธุรกิจและนักกฎหมายไทยได้รับทราบและนำไปใช้ให้เป็นประโยชน์หากต้องเข้าไปเกี่ยวพันกับการอนุญาโตตุลาการระหว่างประเทศ

บทความวิจัยนี้มุ่งศึกษาถึงแนวคิดและหลักความรับผิดเพื่อละเมิด โดยเฉพาะความรับผิดเพื่อละเมิดอันเกิดจากการกระทำของบุคคลอื่นอันเกิดจากข้อสันนิษฐานความรับผิดตามกฎหมายภายใต้แนวคิดที่ว่าบุคคลนั้นอาจมีส่วนผิดอยู่ด้วยในการที่เกิดความเสียหายแก่บุคคลอื่น หรือมีความบกพร่องในการควบคุมดูแลจึงเกิดความเสียหายขึ้น การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยเน้นการวิจัยเอกสารโดยศึกษาค้นคว้าจากหนังสือ งานวิจัย วิทยานิพนธ์ ตลอดจนบทบัญญัติกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับความรับผิดเพื่อละเมิดอันเกิดจากการกระทำของบุคคลอื่นทั้งภาษาไทยและภาษาต่างประเทศ โดยนำข้อมูลต่าง ๆ มาศึกษาและวิเคราะห์เพื่อนำมาพัฒนากฎหมายความรับผิดเพื่อละเมิด จากการศึกษาพบว่ากฎหมายได้กำหนดความรับผิดเพื่อละเมิดอันเกิดจากการกระทำของบุคคลอื่นเอาไว้หลายกรณีโดยพิจารณาจากความสัมพันธ์ตามกฎหมาย ตามสัญญา ตามหน้าที่ในฐานะพิเศษ เช่น ความรับผิดของนายจ้างลูกจ้าง ความรับผิดของตัวการตัวแทน ความรับผิดของบิดามารดา ความรับผิดของครูบาอาจารย์ แต่ไม่พบกรณีความรับผิดของคู่สมรส ซึ่งคู่สมรสนั้นถือว่าเป็นบุคคลที่มีนิติสัมพันธ์ระหว่างกันตามกฎหมายอันก่อให้เกิดสิทธิ หน้าที่ และความรับผิด ด้วยเหตุนี้ จึงสมควรแก้ไขปรับปรุงกฎหมายโดยเฉพาะในเรื่องความรับผิดเพื่อละเมิดอันเกิดจากการกระทำของบุคคลอื่นของคู่สมรสเพื่อให้พัฒนาและสอดคล้องกับสภาพสังคม เพิ่มความระมัดระวังของบุคคลที่มีความสัมพันธ์เกี่ยวข้องในการดำเนินชีวิตทางสังคม ตลอดจนมุ่งเยียวยาและเพิ่มโอกาสให้ผู้ที่ได้รับความเสียหายได้รับการชดใช้ค่าสินไหมทดแทนอย่างเป็นธรรมอันเป็นไปตามเจตนารมณ์ของกฎหมายละเมิด

ภาษีทรัมป์กับองค์การการค้าโลก: ระบบการค้าเสรีแบบพหุภาคีล่มสลายแล้ว? (Trump Tariffs And The World Trade Organization: Has The Multilateral Free Trade System Collapsed?), Sakda Thanitcul

แม้ว่าองค์การการค้าโลกจะไม่สามารถทำอะไรกับภาษีทรัมป์ได้และปล่อยให้สหรัฐอเมริกาขึ้นอัตราภาษีกับประเทศคู่ค้า 59 ประเทศ ในรูปแบบการเจรจาแบบทวิภาคีก็ตาม แต่ระบบการค้าเสรีแบบพหุภาคีก็อาจยังไม่ถึงขั้นล่มสลาย เนื่องจากเหตุผลสองประการ ประการแรก คือ ประเทศคู่ค้า (ยกเว้นจีนและแคนาดา) ไม่ได้ขึ้นอัตราภาษีนำเข้าตอบโต้และสัดส่วนการค้าของสหรัฐอเมริกาในการค้าโลกคิดเป็นเพียงร้อยละ 11 เท่านั้น ประการที่สอง คือ ภาษีทรัมป์ที่มีพื้นฐานแนวคิดของลัทธิกีดกันทางการค้ามีความขัดแย้งอย่างมากกับแนวคิดพื้นฐานของเศรษฐศาสตร์กระแสหลักที่เชื่อในการค้าเสรีแบบพหุภาคี ทำให้เชื่อได้ว่าภาษีทรัมป์จะไม่ยั่งยืนตลอดไป อย่างไรก็ตาม มี “การแตกร้าว” ในระบบการค้าเสรีแบบพหุภาคีที่มีองค์การการค้าโลกเป็นผู้กำกับดูแลและบริหารกฎเกณฑ์ กล่าวคือ การไม่มีผู้ตัดสินในองค์กรอุทธรณ์ ส่งผลให้กลไกการระงับข้อพิพาทขององค์การการค้าโลกกลายเป็นอัมพาตและสหรัฐอเมริกาเป็นประเทศเดียวที่มีสถานะเหนือประเทศสมาชิกอื่น ๆ อีก 165 ประเทศ เนื่องจากเป็นสมาชิกประเทศเดียวในองค์การการค้าโลกที่สามารถกำหนดอัตราภาษีนำเข้าได้ตามอำเภอใจโดยอ้างเหตุผลด้านความมั่นคงของชาติ

ในช่วงของการเปลี่ยนผ่านจากการใช้วิธีพิจารณาความแบบโบราณตามกฎหมายตราสามดวงมาสู่การจัดทำประมวลกฎหมายวิธีพิจารณาความแพ่ง สยามในยุคปฏิรูประบบกฎหมายได้ใช้วิธีการตรากฎหมายวิธีพิจารณาความใช้ไปพลางก่อนในการชำระคดีแพ่ง เช่น พระราชบัญญัติลักษณะพยาน ร.ศ. 113 และ พระราชบัญญัติกระบวนพิจารณาความแพ่ง ร.ศ. 115 จากการศึกษาพบว่ากฎหมายวิธีพิจารณาความดังกล่าวได้รับอิทธิพลอย่างมากจากกฎหมายวิธีพิจารณาความของอังกฤษ ทั้งนี้ เนื่องจากปัจจัยหลายประการ เช่น สนธิสัญญาเบาว์ริงและการเกิดขึ้นของศาลกงสุลอังกฤษ อิทธิพลของกฎหมายอังกฤษต่อนักกฎหมายชาวไทยผ่านระบบการศึกษา ตลอดจนอิทธิพลของประเทศอังกฤษเหนือดินแดนบางส่วนของสยาม แนวคิดวิธีพิจารณาความตามแบบกฎหมายอังกฤษจึงได้รับการส่งต่อเรื่อยมาในกฎหมายวิธีพิจารณาความแพ่งของไทยตั้งแต่ในอดีตจนกระทั่งในประมวลกฎหมายวิธีพิจารณาความแพ่งฉบับปัจจุบัน บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ในการศึกษาความเป็นมาเชิงประวัติศาสตร์ของกฎหมายวิธีพิจารณาความแพ่งของไทยตั้งแต่วิธีพิจารณาความแบบโบราณตามกฎหมายตราสามดวงจนถึงการจัดทำประมวลกฎหมายวิธีพิจารณาความแพ่ง เพื่อชี้ให้เห็นถึงอิทธิพลของกฎหมายอังกฤษที่มีต่อกฎหมายวิธีพิจารณาความแพ่งของไทย

บทความวิจัยนี้มุ่งศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างหลักกฎหมายว่าด้วยหนี้ตามประมวลกฎหมายแพ่งและพาณิชย์ กับหลักเกณฑ์การเสนอคดีตามประมวลกฎหมายวิธีพิจารณาความแพ่ง อันเป็นกลไกสำคัญในการบังคับใช้สิทธิของเจ้าหนี้ในทางปฏิบัติ เนื่องจาก “หนี้” เป็นบุคคลสิทธิ เจ้าหนี้จึงไม่อาจบังคับชำระหนี้ได้ด้วยตนเอง แต่ต้องเสนอคดีต่อศาลเพื่อบังคับให้ชำระหนี้ การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงหลักกฎหมาย (Doctrinal Legal Research) โดยวิเคราะห์ประเด็นสำคัญเกี่ยวกับหนี้ 7 ประการ ได้แก่ การบอกกล่าวลูกหนี้กับอำนาจฟ้อง การบังคับชำระหนี้ การเรียกดอกเบี้ยกรณีลูกหนี้ผิดนัด การใช้สิทธิเรียกร้องของลูกหนี้ การโอนสิทธิเรียกร้อง การเพิกถอนการฉ้อฉล และอายุความบังคับจำนอง ทั้งนี้ ผู้วิจัยได้จำแนกบทบัญญัติว่าด้วยหนี้ออกเป็น 3 ประเภท ได้แก่ (1) บทบัญญัติที่มีเนื้อหาไม่ครอบคลุมเกี่ยวกับการเสนอคดี (2) บทบัญญัติที่กำหนดวิธีไว้แต่ไม่ครบถ้วนหรือมีปัญหาในการตีความ และ (3) บทบัญญัติที่ไม่สอดคล้องกับกฎหมายวิธีพิจารณาความแพ่ง แล้วนำมาวิเคราะห์เชื่อมโยงกับบทบัญญัติในประมวลกฎหมายวิธีพิจารณาความแพ่ง รวมถึงศึกษาจากตำราและแนวคำพิพากษาศาลฎีกา ผลการศึกษาพบว่า การบังคับใช้กฎหมายว่าด้วยหนี้ให้มีประสิทธิภาพ จำเป็นต้องตีความและบังคับใช้สอดคล้องกับกฎหมายวิธีพิจารณาความแพ่ง ซึ่งผลลัพธ์ของงานวิจัยนี้จะช่วยลดปัญหาทางปฏิบัติและเสริมสร้างความเข้าใจที่ถูกต้องแก่ผู้ศึกษากฎหมายและผู้ปฏิบัติงานในคดีแพ่ง

This study explored whether a custom AI chatbot could be a relevant tool for promoting critical thinking about news bias. The research team discusses the development of a custom critical media literacy chatbot and its implementation in an upper-division critical media studies course at a large North American public university. Students interacted with the chatbot to analyze news headlines about transgender issues, employing a scaffolded framework to dissect media framing and generate alternative frames. Algorithmic recommendation systems and interface designs shape attention by combining visually salient cues with uncertain reward timing and low friction interaction. These conditions can sustain anticipatory checking, extend time on task, and reduce natural disengagement points through patterns such as infinite scrolling and autoplay. Ross Thompson was awarded the ORCA in 2000. He was born in 1954 in Madison, Wisconsin. He traveled nearly 2000 miles west to earn a bachelor’s in psychology magna cum laude from Occidental College in Los Angeles. Then, he traveled east over 2200 miles to earn a master’s and doctorate in psychology at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. INTRODUCTION: This scoping review examined existing interventions designed to promote and educate about HPV vaccination in the league of Arab states (LAS).

METHODS: Following PRISMA-ScR guidelines and using a PICOS-informed approach, a comprehensive search was conducted across 16 databases to identify peer-reviewed intervention studies published between 2010 and August 2025.

RESULTS: Twenty-two studies met the inclusion criteria. Most interventions originated from Egypt and Saudi Arabia and were delivered in academic or clinical settings using short, didactic, one-group pre-post designs. Only a few studies incorporated behavioral theories, digital modalities, or multi-component strategies. Nearly all studies reported short-term improvements in HPV-related knowledge …

The rapid growth of the global wellness industry and increased availability of health information through social media and self-help resources have raised concerns about the public’s ability to evaluate credible health information. This study examined how adults in Canada and the United States use health information, what they consider qualifies information as evidence, and their reading behaviors related to physical and mental health, including self-help books. Purpose: This study proposes the concept of climate-oriented leadership, focusing on how climate-related challenges shape firm strategy and how stakeholder pressures concerning climate performance influence organisational decision-making.

Approach: Using a focused conceptual review and theory-building approach, the article proposes a firm-level framework of climate-oriented leadership.

Findings: The study conceptualises climate-oriented leadership as a bounded, domain-specific firm-level construct that draws on responsible leadership, and strategic leadership. The framework explains how leaders may reconcile shareholder, stakeholder, and climate orientations in organisational strategy and governance.

Online transportation activities contribute to the increasing volume of vehicles, particularly GrabCar drivers in Malang City, which has the potential to worsen traffic congestion. Identification results showed that GrabCar drivers experienced drowsiness while driving and work fatigue due to the habit of working at night and for more than eight hours per day, accompanied by limited understanding related to defensive driving. Alcohol-involved sexual violence (SV), in which unwanted sexual contact is attempted or obtained without consent during or after the victim’s alcohol use is a major public health issue among young women. Research consistently shows that alcohol-involved SV can have particularly harmful mental and physical health consequences. Moreover, survivors who were drinking are more likely to receive negative reactions (e.g., blame, minimization) when they disclose their SV experiences to informal supports (e.g., friends, family). Why ask about silence when it comes to research? This paper explores and analyzes how silence, unlike words and verbal expression, has received little attention in the data production process. Despite its different manifestations and meanings in social interactions and knowledge production, silence tends to be overlooked, ignored, or silenced. We focus on analyzing how we relate silence to evidence-based research to describe the “non-places” of silence in qualitative research, addressing controversies and issues. This qualitative study explores how character education is understood, organized, and enacted across two types of junior high schools in Indonesia: High-Performing Schools (HPS) and Regular-Performing Schools (RPS). Using semi-structured interviews with school leaders, teachers, parents, students, and school committee members from nine schools across three provinces, we examined how institutional conditions and relational practices shape the implementation of character education. Analysis generated four themes: variation in program management approaches, differences in implementation structures and stakeholder involvement, school inputs shaping program capacity, and community perceptions of character education outcomes. The debates over Indigenous rights and missionary intervention in Paraguay’s Chaco were shaped not only by international declarations and local conditions but by the sociologists and anthropologists who interpreted—and contested—them. North American sociologists such as J. Winfield Fretz, Jacob Loewen, and Calvin Redekop studied the Mennonite colonies as agents of modern development, weighing the achievements and shortcomings of their mission efforts. In studying distinctive ethnoreligious communities, it is preferable to listen to and analyze the voices of members themselves. This paper interprets the professed values, activities, and priorities of an understudied, hybrid Andy Weaver / Old Order Amish settlement using Amish scribes’ letters to two Amish and one non-Amish newspaper. Quantitative and qualitative content analysis of the newspaper letters discovered dominant themes of emotional expression, illness and accidents, visits, weather, and work and compared their prevalence across the newspapers.
