บทความนี้ชี้ให้เห็นประเด็นและวิเคราะห์ข้อพิจารณาทางกฎหมายระหว่างประเทศเกี่ยวกับวิธีการกำหนดเขตทางทะเลในพื้นที่อ้างสิทธิทับซ้อนในอ่าวไทยระหว่างประเทศไทยกับกัมพูชา โดยอาศัยแนวคำวินิจฉัยของศาลและอนุญาโตตุลาการระหว่างประเทศเป็นกรอบหลักในการวิเคราะห์และปรับใช้กับกรณีระหว่างประเทศไทยกับกัมพูชาเพื่อสร้างความชัดเจนในรายละเอียดเกี่ยวกับวิธีการกำหนดเขตทางทะเลในกรณีดังกล่าว บทความนี้เริ่มต้นด้วยการนำเสนอความเป็นมาของพื้นที่อ้างสิทธิทับซ้อนดังกล่าว ซึ่งเกิดจากการกล่าวอ้างเขตทางทะเลของแต่ละฝ่ายที่แตกต่างกัน จากนั้นจึงอภิปรายกรอบทางกฎหมายระหว่างประเทศเกี่ยวกับการกำหนดเขตทางทะเลในภาพรวม แล้วจึงวิเคราะห์ข้อพิจารณาทางกฎหมายเกี่ยวกับการกำหนดเขตทางทะเลดังกล่าวระหว่างประเทศไทยกับกัมพูชาในลำดับต่อไป ทั้งนี้ เนื่องจากความซับซ้อนของการพิจารณาประเด็นทั้งหมดเกี่ยวกับการกำหนดเขตทางทะเลระหว่างประเทศไทยกับกัมพูชา บทความนี้จึงเลือกวิเคราะห์เฉพาะบางประเด็นที่น่าสนใจและโดดเด่น ซึ่งปรากฏคำวินิจฉัยของศาลและอนุญาโตตุลาการระหว่างประเทศที่สามารถนำมาใช้เป็นแนวทางในการวิเคราะห์ได้ ได้แก่ สนธิสัญญาระหว่างสยามกับฝรั่งเศส ค.ศ. 1907 ว่าเป็นความตกลงระหว่างประเทศไทยกับกัมพูชาเกี่ยวกับการกำหนดเขตทางทะเลหรือไม่ สภาพภูมิศาสตร์ของชายฝั่งไทยกับกัมพูชาซึ่งประชิดกันกับการลากเส้นแบ่งครึ่งมุมระหว่างเส้นฐานตรงตามที่ประเทศไทยกล่าวอ้าง อธิปไตยทางประวัติศาสตร์ การทำประมง น้ำหนักของภูมิสัณฐานประเภทเกาะต่าง ๆ ในอ่าวไทย และการนับชายฝั่งที่เกี่ยวข้องสำหรับการพิจารณาความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญระหว่างระยะทางแนวชายฝั่งที่เกี่ยวข้องและการพิจารณาความได้สัดส่วนระหว่างชายฝั่งที่เกี่ยวข้องกับพื้นที่ที่เกี่ยวข้อง

การใช้มาตรการควบคุมตัวผู้กระทำความผิดเกินกว่าความจำเป็นอาจก่อให้เกิดผลกระทบต่อสิทธิและเสรีภาพของบุคคล ตลอดจนเป็นปัจจัยหนึ่งที่นำไปสู่ปัญหาความแออัดในเรือนจำและยังมีข้อจำกัดในการแก้ไขฟื้นฟูผู้กระทำความผิด แนวคิดเกี่ยวกับมาตรการปฏิบัติต่อผู้กระทำความผิดแทนการควบคุมตัว (Non-custodial Measures) จึงมีความสำคัญในฐานะแนวทางที่มุ่งลดการใช้การควบคุมตัวและการจำคุกที่ไม่จำเป็นในกระบวนการยุติธรรมทางอาญา ทั้งยังสอดคล้องกับหลักสิทธิมนุษยชนและมาตรฐานสากล โดยเฉพาะหลักเกณฑ์ตามข้อกำหนดมาตรฐานขั้นต่ำแห่งสหประชาชาติว่าด้วยมาตรการไม่ควบคุมตัว หรือ ข้อกำหนดโตเกียว (Tokyo Rules) บทความวิจัยนี้มุ่งศึกษาการพัฒนามาตรการปฏิบัติต่อผู้กระทำความผิดแทนการควบคุมตัวในกฎหมายไทยในสองประเด็นสำคัญ ได้แก่ การปล่อยชั่วคราวในระหว่างการพิจารณาคดี และ มาตรการควบคุมตัวผู้กระทำความผิดในสังคม โดยศึกษาหลักเกณฑ์ตามกฎหมายไทยประกอบกับการศึกษาเปรียบเทียบกรอบกฎหมายของประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกา ประเทศอังกฤษ และประเทศออสเตรเลีย เพื่อนำเสนอแนวทางที่เหมาะสมสำหรับการพัฒนามาตรการของประเทศไทย

The escalating global ecological crisis highlights the need for new approaches to sustainability education, while the cognitive role of Second Language Acquisition (SLA) remains underexplored. This study employs a critical literature review with a systematic search and qualitative thematic synthesis to develop a proposed Green Language Pedagogy (GLP) model. The review followed a four-stage screening protocol (identification, screening, eligibility, and inclusion) and analyzed 50 theoretical and empirical sources published between 2014 and 2025. This article examines how candidate assessments and organisational commitments enter pre-election voting intentions among Muhammadiyah members and active sympathisers in Kendari during Indonesia’s 2024 presidential election. A sequential explanatory mixed-methods design combined a survey of 280 respondents with subsequent interviews involving 17 purposively selected informants. Prabowo–Gibran received 41.07% of stated intentions, Anies–Muhaimin 33.57%, and Ganjar–Mahfud 25.36%; no pair secured majority support. Multinomial logistic regression showed positive associations between candidate evaluation and preferences for both Anies–Muhaimin and Prabowo–Gibran relative to Ganjar–Mahfud. Background: Neurofeedback training has gained attention as a neuroplasticity based intervention for athletic performance, yet pathways linking cortical oscillatory modulation to neuromuscular adaptation and strength remain poorly characterized in elite combat athletes. Objective: This study examines whether EEG neurofeedback targeting sensorimotor alpha upregulation and frontal theta/delta modulation enhances cortico-muscular coherence, neuromuscular function, and maximal strength in elite MMA athletes. As college athletic departments continue to put considerable resources into basketball facilities, understanding the impact these venues can have on attendance has become increasingly vital. The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of new basketball facilities on attendance among NCAA Division I men's basketball programs. Using a longitudinal pre-post comparative research design, 20 programs that opened new venues since the 2015-16 season served as the sample. A dataset was created using publicly available secondary archival data sources. Among various interpretive approaches, storytelling has emerged as a particularly promising means of achieving these outcomes. Communal conflicts are prevalent in Nigeria, with thousands of fatalities recorded. Literature suggests that an overwhelming percentage of these conflicts are land ownership related. Through a systematic review of literature and an analysis of conflict data, this study provides further understanding of the role of land ownership and competition in the occurrence and lethality of communal conflicts. It argues that land competition, more than other socio-economic factors is the key driver of communal conflicts in Nigeria. In education scholarship, authors have increasingly called to center queer joy to disrupt the conventional deficit model that normally accompanies queer communities. However, in this paper, I argue that an exclusive emphasis on joy may risk instituting and normalizing a happiness duty that marginalizes negative affects and subjects. I propose queer grief not as an opposite, but as a constitutive shadow of joy. Drawing on theories of queer, trans, and crip negativity and the studies on loss, grief, and mourning, I critique the imperative to mobilize affect solely for future utility and teleological meaning. We explored the experiences of key family members of Australian civilian bravery award recipients using a constructed grounded theory approach. Twenty-four family members participated in qualitative interviews during 2019–2020. Eighteen reported experiences consistent with possible secondary trauma and negative impacts on mental health and well-being. Participants described helplessness in supporting award recipients, limited knowledge of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and post-traumatic stress syndrome (PTSS), and insufficient support for managing their own emotional responses. More than one million Indonesian citizens travel abroad for medical treatment each year, generating financial transactions exceeding IDR 180 trillion (USD 11.5 billion). This study aimed to explore the reasons why Indonesians seek medical treatment overseas. A qualitative phenomenological approach was employed using in-depth interviews with Indonesian citizens who had received or were currently receiving medical treatment outside Indonesia. Threat assessment is an effective school safety practice that allows schools to identify concerning behavior and intervene before it reaches a crisis. Because this process often begins with a staff member recognizing and reporting a concern, this study examined how school staff interpret concerning behavior, understand their responsibility to report it, and what can make reporting more difficult.

The study used a two-phase action research design in a small, rural public school district in western New York. The first phase used a survey built around five behavior vignettes, while the second phase consisted of staff interviews.

This paper examines how digitally mediated dissent is securitised in hybrid regimes using Kenya's 2024-2025 protest cycle as a case study. Although the Copenhagen School gives precedence to audience acceptance in determining the success or failure of a securitising move, the paper critiques this viewpoint drawing on contemporary securitisation scholarship. Through a qualitative case study approach, the research draws on official state communications, social media content, media reports, human rights documentation, and the researcher's reflexive observations during the protests.
