Prior to the fall of 1915, the Wisconsin public Service Company of Green Bay operated an electric street railway with an uninsulated negative rail return in the city of Green Bay, the track network with its relation to the underground cable sheaths of the Wisconsin Telephone Company as shown on the General Condition Map.

A survey of current practices in heating and ventilation systems is discussed with emphasis on the benefits of adequate heating and ventilation in all school buildings.
