The purpose of this study was to determine what changes in student teacher dogmatism and attitudes occurred during the student teaching experience as a function of the supervising teacher's dogmatism and attitudes as measured by the Rokeach Dogmatism Scale and the Minnesota Teacher Attitude Inventory.
The population for this study consisted of all students enrolled in education courses during the spring semester of 1974 who had not had field work in the public schools and all Secondary Education students enrolled in student teaching and their supervising teachers. From this population the following sample was selected:

Statement of Problem
The purpose of the study was to identify conditions in the nature of persistence in the accomplishment of activities or tasks in which children 18-31 months participate. The study focused on the nature
of persistence in an effort to observe and record the actions of the young children as they attended to an activity.
Procedures
The study was conducted using ten subjects in five groups, ranging in age from eighteen to thirty-one months. Children for this investigation were randomly selected. The sample included six males and four females.

A Study Of Teacher-Student Characteristics In Selected New Mexico Senior High Schools, Camellus Wilson Buck

The purpose of this study was to investigate and analyzes selected teacher and student variables pertaining to personal and background characteristics, perceptions, preferences and achievement.
The study sample consisted of social studies teachers and their classes in 34 New Mexico rural or small-town schools. Most of te selected schools have a relatively high enrollment of minority group, low socioeconomic status (SES) students. Subjects are 60 teachers and 1255 students, representing approximately one-fifth of the senior high population of the participating schools.

Variable schedule models designed to accommodate differences between and within students, differences in instructional problems and corresponding strategies and differences in organizational needs for different subject areas result in scheduling problems which are most difficult, if not impossible, to solve. This study selects the Massachusetts Institute of Technology master schedule generator Generalized Academic Simulation Program (G oA.S.P.) and proceeds to:
(1) document it 1n functional english
(2) develop a scheduling model for an existing school with a complex set of variables
(3) utilize the program in a simulation mode to develop several generalizations concerning variable scheduling

The training of financial aid administrators is mostly informal and is accomplished by the workshop and apprenticeship method. There are few training programs specifically for financial aid administrators and these include occasional two-week summer school institutes which have been sponsored by the U.S. Office of Education in coordination with a university or the various state financial aid associations. Occasionally, a financial aid administrator is able to "wing" a financial aid training program in a Master's or Doctoral program in the Student Personnel area; but, beyond having a few specific courses in financial aid administration, the candidate may engage in a …

The curriculum changes in the social studies from the expostulatory method with history and economics content, to the inductive method with an interdisciplinary approach which included all the social studies, made it difficult for those prepared in the traditional teacher education patterns to adapt to the "new social studies." It was the purpose of this study to survey the programs recommended by selected colleges of education, and to survey the programs preferred by the school districts.
