This paper critically analyzes gap discourses in student learning, starting from the achievement gap, education debt, and opportunity gaps, applying the lens of coloniality, racial capitalism, and modernity (CRCM). Gap discourses are the prevalent rationale behind educational policies and school reforms globally. Specifically in the United States, achievement gap discourses contribute substantially to the educational framework that minoritized students (students of color) are inherently – intellectually and academically – behind White students. Purpose – This study aims to explore how educational leaders in South Korea adopted equity mindsets and how they organized changes to support students’ deeper learning during COVID-19.

Design/methodology/approach – The developed a comprehensive framework of Equity Leadership for Deeper Learning, by revising the existing model of Darling-Hammond and Darling-Hammond (2022) and synthesizing equity leadership literature. Drawing upon this framework, this study analyzed data collected from individual interviews and a focus group with school and district administrators in the K-12 Korean education system.

Among the challenges presented by the COVID-19 pandemic is a shift in the nature and intensity of school bullying, perhaps symptomatic of the rapid changes and stressors that PK-12 students have endured since 2020. In this MERC research and policy brief, we explore how school bullying has changed since the onset of COVID-19 as well as research-based strategies for how educators and division leaders can best respond to it. Background/Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine how lived experiences influenced perceptions of leadership self-efficacy amongst Black, Indigenous, or Person of Color (BIPOC) women educational leaders in order to minimize future representation gaps in educational leadership. Methods: Qualitative interviews were conducted with 14 BIPOC cis-gender female leaders who worked in a large school district in the southwestern region of the United States. Results: Examining the social constructs of race, gender, leadership makes clear how BIPOC women are socially constructed as inferior and how that played out in this educational leadership settings. Based on recommendations from research, leaders in a north Texas public school district implemented social emotional learning (SEL) to address academic gaps among high residential mobility (HRM) students. Incorporating SEL instruction improves academic achievement 11 percentile points on average; however, in Adoniram School District (ASD), 2021 passing rates fell 8% from 2019 despite adopting SEL curriculum. Of the roughly 3.5 million public school teachers in the United States, approximately 80% are White. In contrast, about 51.7% of the nation’s students are African American, Hispanic, Asian, and American Indian. การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษากรอบแนวคิดการบริหารวิชาการ และกรอบแนวคิดผู้เรียนที่ฉับไว 2) เพื่อศึกษาระดับความฉับไวของนักเรียนโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา 3) เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการจำเป็นของการพัฒนาการบริหารวิชาการโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตามแนวคิดผู้เรียนที่ฉับไว 4) เพื่อพัฒนานวัตกรรมการบริหารวิชาการโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตามแนวคิดผู้เรียนที่ฉับไว โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยแบบวิจัยผสมวิธีพหุระยะ (Multiphase Mixed Method Design) ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน รวม 2,360 โรงเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา จำนวน 278 โรงเรียน ด้วยวิธีการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน (Multi-stage random sampling) ผู้ให้ข้อมูลประกอบด้วย นักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 - 6 จำนวน 3,336 คน ผู้อำนวยการสถานศึกษา และรองผู้อำนวยการสถานศึกษากลุ่มบริหารวิชาการ จำนวน 564 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบประเมิน แบบสอบถาม และแบบสัมภาษณ์วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการคำนวณความถี่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ความต้องการจำเป็น และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) กรอบแนวคิดการบริหารวิชาการ ประกอบด้วย 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านพัฒนาหลักสูตร ด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้ ด้านการวัดและประเมินผล และกรอบแนวคิดผู้เรียนที่ฉับไว ประกอบด้วย 5 คุณลักษณะได้แก่ ความตระหนักในตนเอง (Self-Awareness) ความฉับไวทางความคิด (Mental Agility) ความฉับไวทางผู้คน (People Agility) ความฉับไวทางการเปลี่ยนแปลง (Change Agility) และ ความฉับไวทางผลลัพธ์ (Results Agility) 2) ระดับความฉับไวของนักเรียนโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายคุณลักษณะ พบว่า ความตระหนักในตนเอง (Self-Awareness) มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด และความฉับไวทางผู้คน (People Agility) มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด 3) ความต้องการจำเป็นของการพัฒนาการบริหารวิชาการโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตามแนวคิดผู้เรียนที่ฉับไว พบว่า ด้านการวัดและประเมินผลมีค่าความต้องการจำเป็นสูงสุด และด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้มีค่าความต้องการจำเป็นต่ำสุด 4) นวัตกรรมการบริหารวิชาการโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตามแนวคิดผู้เรียนที่ฉับไว …

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษากรอบแนวคิดการบริหารวิชาการโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาและกรอบแนวคิดความฉลาดรู้การเงิน 2) ศึกษาระดับความฉลาดรู้การเงินของนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษา 3) ศึกษาความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาการบริหารวิชาการโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตามแนวคิดความฉลาดรู้การเงิน 4) พัฒนานวัตกรรมการบริหารวิชาการโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตามแนวคิดความฉลาดรู้การเงิน โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยผสมวิธีพหุระยะ (Multiphase Mixed Methods) จำนวน 4 ระยะ ประชากร คือ โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน จำนวน 2,360 โรงเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา จำนวน 331 โรงเรียน ได้จากการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นและการสุ่มอย่างง่าย ผู้ให้ข้อมูล ประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ครูผู้สอน นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 และผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบประเมิน แบบวัด แบบสอบถาม และแบบสัมภาษณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ความถี่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ความต้องการจำเป็นแบบปรับปรุง และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาแบบจับประเด็น ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) กรอบแนวคิดการบริหารวิชาการโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา ประกอบด้วย 3 ด้าน คือ (1) การพัฒนาหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา (2) การจัดการเรียนการสอน และ (3) การวัดและประเมินผล ส่วนกรอบแนวคิดความฉลาดรู้การเงิน ประกอบด้วย 4 ด้าน คือ (1) ความรู้ทางการเงิน (2) เจตคติทางการเงิน (3) พฤติกรรมทางการเงิน และ (4) การตัดสินใจทางการเงิน 2) ระดับความฉลาดรู้การเงินของนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษา โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง โดยด้านความรู้ทางการเงิน มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด รองลงมาเป็นด้านพฤติกรรมทางการเงิน และด้านเจตคติทางการเงิน ส่วนด้านการตัดสินใจทางการเงิน มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำที่สุด 3) ความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาการบริหารวิชาการโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตามแนวคิดความฉลาดรู้การเงิน โดยรวมมีค่า PNImodified = 0.168 เรียงลำดับความต้องการจำเป็น ดังนี้ ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน มีความต้องการจำเป็นมากที่สุด รองลงมาเป็นด้านการวัดและประเมินผล ส่วนด้านการพัฒนาหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา มีความต้องการจำเป็นน้อยที่สุด และ 4) นวัตกรรมการบริหารวิชาการโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตามแนวคิดความฉลาดรู้การเงิน …

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษากรอบแนวคิดการบริหารสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาและกรอบแนวคิดทักษะการทำงานในอนาคตของนักเรียน 2) เพื่อวิเคราะห์จุดแข็ง จุดอ่อน โอกาส และภาวะคุกคามของการบริหารสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาตามแนวคิดผลลัพธ์การเรียนรู้ด้านทักษะการทำงานในอนาคตของนักเรียน 3) เพื่อพัฒนากลยุทธ์การบริหารสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาตามแนวคิดผลลัพธ์การเรียนรู้ด้านทักษะการทำงานในอนาคตของนักเรียน ใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยแบบผสมวิธีพหุระยะ (Multiphase mixed methods design) ประชากร คือ สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา จำนวน 62 เขตพื้นที่ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา จำนวน 54 เขตพื้นที่ ผู้ให้ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ครูและคณะกรรมการติดตาม ตรวจสอบ ประเมินผลและนิเทศการศึกษา เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการบริหารสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาตามแนวคิดผลลัพธ์การเรียนรู้ด้านทักษะการทำงานในอนาคตของนักเรียน มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .98 สถิติที่ใช้ในกรวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย () ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) และค่าดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็น (PNImodified) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) กรอบแนวคิดการบริหารสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา ประกอบด้วย 7 ด้าน ได้แก่ การนำองค์กร การวางแผนกลยุทธ์ การให้ความสำคัญกับผู้รับบริการและผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย การวัด การวิเคราะห์ และการจัดการความรู้ การมุ่งเน้นบุคลากร การบริหารกระบวนการ ผลการดำเนินงาน ผลการประเมินมีความเหมาะสม และกรอบแนวคิดทักษะการทำงานในอนาคตของนักเรียน ประกอบด้วย 5 ทักษะ ได้แก่ ทักษะส่วนบุคคล ทักษะคนและสังคม ทักษะคิดสร้างสรรค์ ทักษะการประยุกต์ใช้ความรู้และ ทักษะที่ใช้ในที่ทำงาน ผลการประเมินมีความเหมาะสม 2) จุดแข็ง จุดอ่อน โอกาส และภาวะคุกคาม แยกเป็นวิเคราะห์ 2 ด้าน ได้แก่ 2.1) ด้านสภาพแวดล้อมภายใน พิจารณาการบริหารสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา ภาพรวมเป็นจุดอ่อน โดยเป็นจุดอ่อน 5 ด้าน ได้แก่ การบริหารกระบวนการ การให้ความสำคัญกับผู้รับบริการและผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย ผลการดำเนินงานการมุ่งเน้นบุคคากร การวัด การวิเคราะห์ และการจัดการความรู้ เมื่อพิจารณาทักษะการทำงานในอนาคตของนักเรียน …

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษากรอบแนวคิดการบริหารวิชาการโรงเรียนอนุบาลและกรอบแนวคิดทักษะของนวัตกร 2) ศึกษาระดับทักษะนวัตกรของนักเรียนอนุบาล 3) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ และความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาการบริหารวิชาการโรงเรียนอนุบาลตามแนวคิดทักษะของนวัตกร 4) พัฒนานวัตกรรมการบริหารวิชาการโรงเรียนอนุบาลตามแนวคิดทักษะของนวัตกร โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยแบบผสมวิธีพหุระยะ แบ่งเป็น 4 ระยะ ประชากร คือ โรงเรียนอนุบาลในสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ที่มีการจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้ให้แก่เด็กที่มีอายุอายุระหว่าง 3–6 ปี จำนวน 5,706 โรงเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ คือ โรงเรียนอนุบาล จำนวน 374 โรงเรียน โดยใช้สูตรของ Yamane ที่ความเชื่อมั่น 95% ในการคำนวณกลุ่มตัวอย่างและใช้วิธีสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน ผู้ให้ข้อมูล ประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหาร หัวหน้าวิชาการระดับปฐมวัย และครูผู้สอนระดับปฐมวัย จำนวน 748 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบประเมิน แบบสอบถาม แบบสัมภาษณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการคำนวณความถี่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา และความต้องการจำเป็น ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) กรอบแนวคิดการบริหารวิชาการโรงเรียนอนุบาลประกอบด้วย 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ การพัฒนาหลักสูตร การประเมินพัฒนาการ การจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้ และการจัดสภาพแวดล้อม สื่อ และแหล่งเรียนรู้ กรอบแนวคิดทักษะของนวัตกร ประกอบด้วยทักษะ 5 ด้าน ได้แก่ ทักษะการคิดเชื่อมโยง ทักษะการตั้งคำถาม ทักษะการสังเกต ทักษะเครือข่าย และทักษะการทดลอง 2) ระดับทักษะนวัตกรของนักเรียนอนุบาล ทักษะเครือข่าย มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด รองลงมา คือ ทักษะการสังเกต ทักษะการทดลอง ทักษะการตั้งคำถาม และทักษะการคิดเชื่อมโยง ตามลำดับ 3) สภาพปัจจุบัน การจัดสภาพแวดล้อมสื่อ และแหล่งเรียนรู้ มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด รองลงมา คือ การจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้ การประเมินพัฒนาการ และด้านการพัฒนาหลักสูตร ตามลำดับ สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ …

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาการบริหารงานวิชาการในวิทยาลัยเกษตรและเทคโนโลยีตามแนวคิดทักษะผู้ประกอบการเกษตรอัจฉริยะ 2) เพื่อนำเสนอแนวทางพัฒนาการบริหารงานวิชาการในวิทยาลัยเกษตรและเทคโนโลยีตามแนวคิดทักษะผู้ประกอบการเกษตรอัจฉริยะ ใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงบรรยาย (Descriptive) ประชากร ได้แก่ วิทยาลัยเกษตรและเทคโนโลยี ในสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา กระทรวงศึกษาธิการ มีจำนวน 47 วิทยาลัย ในประเทศไทย โดยมีผู้ให้ข้อมูลที่สำคัญ ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูหรือรองผู้อำนวยการผู้ปฏิบัติหน้าที่กลุ่มบริหารวิชาการ จำนวน 94 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาการบริหารงานวิชาการในวิทยาลัยเกษตรและเทคโนโลยีตามแนวคิดทักษะผู้ประกอบการเกษตรอัจฉริยะ และแบบประเมินความเหมาะสมและเป็นไปได้ของร่างแนวทางพัฒนาการบริหารงานวิชาการในวิทยาลัยเกษตรและเทคโนโลยีตามแนวคิดทักษะผู้ประกอบการเกษตรอัจฉริยะ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้การแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ความต้องการจำเป็น ฐานนิยม และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ความต้องการจำเป็นในการบริหารงานวิชาการในวิทยาลัยเกษตรและเทคโนโลยีตามแนวทางทักษะผู้ประกอบการเกษตรอัจฉริยะ เมื่อพิจารณาตามขอบข่ายการบริหารงานวิชาการ พบว่า ขอบข่ายการบริหารงานวิชาการด้านการพัฒนาหลักสูตรของสถานศึกษา มีความต้องการจำเป็นสูงสุด (PNImodified = 0.267) รองลงมาเป็นด้านการใช้สื่อและแหล่งเรียนรู้ (PNImodified = 0.243) ส่วนด้านการวัดและประเมินผล มีความต้องการจำเป็นน้อยที่สุด (PNImodified = 0.234) 2) แนวทางพัฒนาการบริหารงานวิชาการในวิทยาลัยเกษตรและเทคโนโลยีตามแนวคิดทักษะผู้ประกอบการเกษตรอัจฉริยะ ประกอบด้วย 1) พัฒนาหลักสูตรของสถานศึกษา ผ่านการบูรณาการ สอดแทรกเนื้อหาแนวคิดทักษะผู้ประกอบการเกษตรอัจฉริยะ มี 1 แนวทางย่อย 2) พัฒนาการนำหลักสูตรไปใช้ในการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้เพื่อส่งเสริมให้ผู้เรียนมีแนวคิดทักษะผู้ประกอบการเกษตรอัจฉริยะ มี 3 แนวทางย่อย 3) การพัฒนาการใช้สื่อและแหล่งเรียนรู้เพื่อให้ผู้เรียนมีแนวคิดทักษะผู้ประกอบการเกษตรอัจฉริยะ มี 2 แนวทางย่อย 4) ส่งเสริมให้มีการออกแบบสื่อการสอนที่มีความทันสมัย จัดให้มีการประกวดสื่อ และนวัตกรรมที่มุ่งเน้นแนวคิดทักษะผู้ประกอบการเกษตรอัจฉริยะผ่านการลงมือปฏิบัติจริง มี 3 แนวทางย่อย และ 5) การพัฒนาแนวทางการวัดและประเมินผลการเรียนรู้ด้านสมรรถนะแนวคิดทักษะผู้ประกอบการเกษตรอัจฉริยะ มี 2 แนวทางย่อย

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1.เพื่อศึกษาสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของแหล่งเรียนรู้ในโรงเรียนอนุบาลตามแนวคิดพื้นที่นักประดิษฐ์ 2.เพื่อออกแบบแหล่งเรียนรู้ในโรงเรียนอนุบาลตามแนวคิดพื้นที่นักประดิษฐ์ โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงออกแบบ แบ่งเป็น 5 ขั้นตอน ผู้ให้ข้อมูลคือ ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 10 คนโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้างและแบบประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการคำนวณค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของแหล่งเรียนรู้ในโรงเรียนอนุบาลตามแนวคิดพื้นที่นักประดิษฐ์ที่ส่งผลต่อผลลัพธ์การเรียนรู้ 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ ผู้เรียนรู้ ผู้ร่วมสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรมและพลเมืองที่เข้มแข็ง ประกอบด้วย 1) พื้นที่ มีลักษณะที่ส่งเสริมพัฒนาการครบทั้งสี่ด้าน ได้แก่ สติปัญญา ร่างกาย อารมณ์และสังคม เปิดโอกาสให้เด็กได้แสดงออกตามจินตนาการด้วยการลงมือปฏิบัติอย่างอิสระเสรี รู้จักการแบ่งปัน ช่วยเหลือเอื้อเฟื้อเผื่อแผ่ ปฏิบัติตามกฎกติกาและข้อตกลงที่วางไว้ สามารถรับผิดชอบต่อบทบาทหน้าที่ที่ได้รับจนบรรลุเป้าหมายได้สำเร็จ 2) เครื่องมือ เป็นเครื่องมือพื้นฐานที่ปลอดภัยสำหรับเด็ก มีความหลากหลายและมีจำนวนที่เพียงพอ จัดแบ่งตามหมวดหมู่ ให้ใช้ตามวัตถุประสงค์ และ 3) วัสดุ เป็นวัสดุที่มีความปลอดภัยปลอดสารพิษสำหรับเด็ก หาได้ง่ายรอบตัวตามธรรมชาติหรือเป็นวัสดุเหลือใช้ มีความหลากหลายในด้านรูปทรง รูปร่าง ผิวสัมผัสและสีสัน 2. ผลการออกแบบแหล่งเรียนรู้ในโรงเรียนอนุบาลตามแนวคิดพื้นที่นักประดิษฐ์ ประกอบด้วยพื้นที่ เครื่องมือและวัสดุ ในภาพรวมมีความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ในระดับมากที่สุด

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษากรอบแนวคิดของการบริหารวิชาการและกรอบแนวคิดทักษะมนุษย์ในสังคมหลังนวัตกรรม 2) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการบริหารวิชาการโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาเอกชนที่เสริมสร้างทักษะมนุษย์ในสังคมหลังนวัตกรรม 3) เพื่อพัฒนากลยุทธ์การบริหารวิชาการโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาเอกชนที่เสริมสร้างทักษะมนุษย์ในสังคมหลังนวัตกรรม ดำเนินการวิจัยโดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยแบบผสมวิธีพหุระยะ (Multi-Phase Mixed Method) ใช้วิธีเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative Data) และข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณ (Quantitative Data) กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้คือ โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการศึกษาเอกชน 262 โรงเรียน ผู้ให้ข้อมูลคือ ผู้อำนวยการ รองผู้อำนวยการหรือหัวหน้างานวิชาการ และครูผู้สอนชั้นมัธยมศึกษา เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ แบบสอบถามและแบบประเมิน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็น และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาจากการสนทนากลุ่ม ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) กรอบแนวคิดการบริหารวิชาการโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาเอกชน ประกอบด้วย 3 งาน คือ (1) การพัฒนาหลักสูตร (2) การจัดการเรียนรู้ และ (3) การวัดและประเมินผล กรอบแนวคิดทักษะมนุษย์ในสังคมหลังนวัตกรรม ประกอบด้วย 6 ทักษะ คือ (1) ทักษะการค้นหาและสร้างคุณค่า (2) ทักษะดิจิทัล (3) ทักษะการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล (4) ทักษะการคิดเชิงนวัตกรรม (5) ทักษะการคิดเชิงวิพากษ์ และ (6) ทักษะระหว่างบุคคล 2) สภาพปัจจุบันของการบริหารวิชาการโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาเอกชนที่เสริมสร้างทักษะมนุษย์ในสังคมหลังนวัตกรรม โดยภาพรวม มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้ในทักษะดิจิทัลมีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด สภาพที่พึงประสงค์โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด โดยด้านการพัฒนาหลักสูตรในทักษะดิจิทัล และการจัดการเรียนรู้ในทักษะการค้นหาและสร้างคุณค่ามีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุดเท่ากัน ทั้งนี้ค่าดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็นของการบริหารวิชาการโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาเอกชนที่เสริมสร้างทักษะมนุษย์ในสังคมหลังนวัตกรรมสูงที่สุด คือ ด้านการวัดและประเมินผลในทักษะการคิดเชิงวิพากษ์ 3) กลยุทธ์การบริหารวิชาการโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาเอกชนที่เสริมสร้างทักษะมนุษย์ในสังคมหลังนวัตกรรม ประกอบด้วย 3 กลยุทธ์หลัก ดังนี้ (1) พลิกโฉมการพัฒนาหลักสูตรที่เสริมสร้างทักษะมนุษย์ในสังคมหลังนวัตกรรม ประกอบด้วย 2 กลยุทธ์รอง (2) พัฒนาการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่เสริมสร้างทักษะมนุษย์ในสังคมหลังนวัตกรรม ประกอบด้วย 2 กลยุทธ์รอง และ (3) ปรับเปลี่ยนการวัดและประเมินผลที่เสริมสร้างทักษะมนุษย์ในสังคมหลังนวัตกรรม ประกอบด้วย 1 กลยุทธ์รอง

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษากรอบแนวคิดการบริหารระบบนิเวศการเรียนรู้ของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาและกรอบแนวคิดนวัตกรพลิกผัน 2) ศึกษาระดับความเป็นนวัตกรพลิกผันของผู้เรียน 3) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ และความต้องการจำเป็นของการพัฒนาระบบนิเวศการเรียนรู้ของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตามแนวคิดนวัตกรพลิกผัน และ 4) พัฒนานวัตกรรมการบริหารระบบนิเวศการเรียนรู้ของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตามแนวคิดนวัตกรพลิกผัน โดยใช้วิธีวิจัยแบบผสมพหุระยะ ประชากรในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา จำนวน 2,358 โรงเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัย ได้แก่ โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา จำนวน 336 โรงเรียน ผู้ให้ข้อมูลทั้งสิ้น 2,013 คน แบ่งเป็น 1) นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6 จำนวน 333 คน 2) ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน หรือรองผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน และหัวหน้ากลุ่มบริหารงาน รวมทั้งสิ้น 1,665 คน และ 3) ผู้ให้ข้อมูลของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาที่มีวิสัยทัศน์หรือนโยบายในการสร้างนวัตกรตามทฤษฎีการเรียนรู้เพื่อสร้างสรรค์ด้วยปัญญา จำนวน 3 โรงเรียน โดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง ได้แก่ ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน หรือรองผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน และหัวหน้ากลุ่มบริหารงาน รวมทั้งสิ้น 15 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบประเมินกรอบแนวคิด แบบประเมินระดับความเป็นนวัตกรพลิกผันของผู้เรียน แบบสอบถาม และแบบสัมภาษณ์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่ การหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็น และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) กรอบแนวคิดการบริหารระบบนิเวศการเรียนรู้ของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา ประกอบด้วย 1.1) การบริหารองค์ประกอบสิ่งมีชีวิต 1.2) การบริหารองค์ประกอบสิ่งไม่มีชีวิต และ 1.3) การบริหารองค์ประกอบปรัชญาองค์กร 2) กรอบแนวคิดนวัตกรพลิกผัน ประกอบด้วย 2.1) คุณลักษณะการคิดนอกกรอบ 2.2) ความเชี่ยวชาญข้ามศาสตร์ 2.3) ทักษะการค้นหา และ 2.4) ค่านิยมความยั่งยืน 3) ระดับความเป็นนวัตกรพลิกผันของผู้เรียน พบว่า 3.1) ด้านค่านิยมความยั่งยืน มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก …

Evidence shows that artificial intelligence (AI) has become an essential academic subject, representing about 2.2% of all scientific publications. One concern for doctoral programs is the future role of AI in doctoral writing due to the increase in AI-generated content, such as text and images. This applied dissertation was designed to better understand how to support university administrators serving in a compliance role. Safety on university campuses is of utmost importance and many collaborators work toward this endeavor. Generally, on any given college or university campus, there is one administrator tasked with compliance with the Clery Act. Administrators had varying direct experience and interest in serving in this role, though all understood the importance of compliance and the consequences of noncompliance.

This empirical work is driven by a study on the experiences and motivation of a group of college-aged student activists. Using a cohort of 14 millennial-aged activists who organized their work in response to a rise of right-wing authoritarianism in national and state politics, this paper presents recommendations for how student affairs professionals working in activities-oriented functional areas can leverage these experiences to build capacity around engagement, leadership development, sense of belonging, and work in partnership with these communities to challenge unjust practices within the academy. There are systematic barriers to educational equity in the U.S. higher education system, and the system overwhelmingly fails Latinx undergraduates more often than other students. It is crucial that evidence-based methods be used to reduce the existing postsecondary student success inequities. Scholars have linked specific educational practices to positive learning effects.
