A Delphi Analysis Of Cooperative Purchasing In Southern Illinois, Robert E. Bon Durant Sr.
A Delphi Analysis Of Cooperative Purchasing In Southern Illinois, Robert E. Bon Durant Sr.
Masters Theses
A preliminary study of Cooperative Purchasing, in Southern Illinois school districts, was conducted using the Delphi technique. A group of school personnel with Cooperative Purchasing experience was secured from the prescribed geographical area. These people, the experts, were asked to respond to a three round Delphi survey. The experts were to formulate their opinion from their own experiences and by reviewing the composite results of the previous Delphi round.

The Cost To And The Public Relation Effects Of Federal Education Dollars To The Local School District, Raymond L. Cooper
All Master's Theses
The costs and public effects of using federal vocational education dollars in the local school district were studied. Twenty-five Washington school districts were randomly selected. Financial data were compiled and a survey distributed to these schools. The results showed increased use of federal vocational monies resulted in increased local administration, as school size decreased use of federal monies decreased, smaller schools spend more money per student, and local advisory committees feel that vocational education needs federal monies.

The Self Perceptions Of School Principals Compared To Their Actual Performance On Certain Affective Traits, Michael L. Holtgren
The Self Perceptions Of School Principals Compared To Their Actual Performance On Certain Affective Traits, Michael L. Holtgren
Dissertations
Problem. The role of the school principal is paramount in the operation of a school system, and affective behavior is an essential part of that role. It was the purpose of the study to determine if a discrepancy exists between the self-perceptions of principals as affective educators and their actual performance.
Method. Thirty-two school principals, their superintendents, and a sampling of their teachers were studied. The self-perceptions of the principals were identified concerning eight affective traits and eight school-climate factors. The superintendent and teachers evaluated their principal's performance on these traits and factors.
The Charles F. Kettering Foundation "School Climate …
