Multinational enterprises (MNEs) are central actors in these chains, bearing responsibilities towards workers and the environment. This study investigates trust dynamics in sharing economy services during the COVID-19 crisis, comparing Airbnb and Uber as prominent representatives of accommodation and transportation services in tourism. Guided by two research questions, the study first explores the antecedents and mechanisms of trust creation on these platforms and then examines how the global pandemic affected trust in these services. The findings reveal that structural assurance, privacy protection, and social influence (only for Uber) are key antecedents of trust. Trust, in turn, significantly influences perceived usefulness and the intention to use both platforms. The results also show that perceived risk, heightened by …

Indonesia finds tax amnesty as a reliable funding alternative to develop a sustainable economy. Since 1964, Indonesia has implemented five tax amnesty programs. The latest two programs would offer lower amnesty compensation rates if taxpayers repatriated offshore assets back to Indonesia. However, the tax amnesty repatriation policy merely contributed minimal amounts of repatriated assets and low number of participants. Consequently, it failed to raise sufficient liquidity, fiscal revenues, tax compliance and economic growth. Organizations grapple with significant challenges such as burnout, turnover, and low job satisfaction. Studies indicate that emotional exhaustion, influenced by job demands and available resources, significantly impacts job performance positively or negatively. This quantitative study uses secondary data from the Work, Family, and Health Study to investigate the relationship between role clarity and burnout within Tomo, the technology division of a Fortune 500 company in the United States. The findings reveal a significant inverse correlation between role clarity and burnout, with participants reporting "Never" experiencing burnout more likely to have well-defined roles. This study aims to analyze the role of resilience, job security, social support, and job satisfaction on turnover intention among 300 workers in the architecture sector in Indonesia. Using Covariance Based Structural Equation Model, this study found that social support and job satisfaction act as mediators in the relationship between resilience and turnover intention. Social support has a positive influence on turnover intention, different from earlier findings, which may be due to the context of the Indonesian architecture sector. Hospitals receive payments through claim submissions with complete documents to the Social Security Administering Agency (BPJS) Health. However, not all inpatient claims have been submitted to BPJS Health, and there are still 16.97% pending inpatient claims. In claims that are not approved, claims can be resubmitted, but time constraints for the claim process have resulted in 2.64% of inpatient cases in 2022 not resubmitted. However, annual reports in narrative form are often used to exaggerate company performance data. One aspect that influences stakeholders’ decision is tone. This study aims to examine the impact of positive tone disclosure in management analysis reports and discussions on company value. This study was conducted on 166 financial and property companies listed on the IDX. Management analysis and discussion reports were categorized according to their tone.
