The present study seeks to investigate the effect of the dimensions of the Management Information System (MIS) on fostering intelligent organizations, through analyzing the relationship between the system’s components (organization, human resources, information technology, and data/information) and the level of organizational intelligence. The research employed a descriptive–analytical methodology, with data collected from a sample of 88 faculty members at the College of Administration and Economics, utilizing a scientifically designed questionnaire. The National Health Insurance (JKN) program is threatened with a deficit and potential default in 2026 due to inefficiency and the risk of fraud in healthcare facilities. In the context of JKN, which uses a package system (INA-CBG), Clinical Pathway (CP) is a strategic instrument within the JKN system that has dual benefits for both Payers (BPJS Kesehatan) and Providers (Hospitals). For BPJS Kesehatan, CP primarily functions to ensure service quality and prevent undertreatment fraud, the practice of reducing services to benefit hospitals. The disruptive situations, such as the COVID-19 pandemic, have intensified economic challenges in rural areas, underscoring the urgency of building rural economic resilience. This study explores a model for revitalizing the local economy in Puhsarang Village in East Java, Indonesia. The project was developed as a community service collaboration among universities in Indonesia, Malaysia, and the Philippines, programming a digital transformation for a tourism-based context. Seventeen micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) participated in the community service project, selected through purposive sampling in collaboration with the local church. The process of adopting ISI by these countries, however, displays contrasts in many aspects. The more apparent cases of differences in ISI adoption emanate from the East-Asian and Sub-Saharan African (SSA) models. These two regions are both latecomers in that industrial revolution, compared to Latin American countries being pioneers, was a chronologically later undertaking. Purpose: This study aims to examine the attitudes of young management students toward the use of brain–computer interfaces (BCIs) in the workplace, considering both the potential benefits and the associated risks of this technology.

Methodology: The study is exploratory in nature and was conducted using the CAWI method on a group of management students. Both open-ended and closed-ended questions were used on a 7-point Likert scale. Qualitative analysis included descriptive and focused coding, and quantitative analysis - descriptive statistics.

This article extends a keynote from the 16th IMCIC 2025, offering a framework for academic institutions navigating the epistemic shifts prompted by artificial general intelligence (AGI). It argues that traditional disciplinary (Mode 1), interdisciplinary (Mode 2), and transdisciplinary (Mode 3) approaches are increasingly insufficient to address the complexity and plurality of AGI-era knowledge production. Drawing on critical communication theories—such as the Kuhn–MacIntyre thesis on incommensurability, the Bataille–Lyotard notion of invention, Nicolescu–Ostrom's governance frameworks, and Haraway–Scholz's situated knowledge—the article introduces Mode 4: cyber-transdisciplinarity.1 This mode conceptualizes AGI as an epistemic co-agent, enabling real-time mediation, synthesis, and redistribution of knowledge between human …

This project comprises two separate podcast episodes that analyze the environment in which StoneX Commodity Solutions, a physical commodity trading firm, operates and provide strategic recommendations for the company. These episodes are informed via interviews with multiple StoneX Commodity Solutions employees. The first episode provides an evaluation of the company by examining its external and internal environments using tools such as PESTEL analysis and Porter’s Five Forces. Mountain Plains Journal of Business and Technology

The study examined how the Grand Valley Leadership Academy (GVLA) training affected participants' performance and its application in their organizations. Surveys of GVLA participants and employers showed that coaching and leadership skills improved, with high satisfaction from managerial support, peer support, and pre-training. Employers' feedback highlighted evolving leadership needs post-pandemic. The research stresses a supportive environment's role in translating training into practice and suggests leadership development must adapt to organizational changes and workforce flexibility.

This study aimed to explore the educational, cultural, and personal challenges faced by Black males in MBA programs and to identify factors that aid their persistence in completing their degrees. The research design employed a qualitative approach to narrative inquiry as its methodology, using one-on-one semi-structured interviews. The study used resilience theory as its theoretical framework, approaching it from both an academic and psychological perspective.
