تهدف الدراسة إلى تحديد اثر القيادة الأبوية المتمثلة في (القيادة الخيرية، والقيادة الأخلاقية، والقيادة السلطوية). في الحد من الانسحاب الوظيفي (الانسحاب الجسدي، والانسحاب النفسي) في شركة زين العراق للاتصالات، واعتمدت الدراسة في عملية جمع البيانات على الاستبانة بوصفة أداة رئيسية لتحقيق هدفها. اذ تم توزيع (258) استمارة لتحديد مدى توافر ابعاد القيادة الأبوية والانسحاب الوظيفي، وتم استرجاع (211) استمارة صالحة للتحليل الاحصائي. وعن طريق استعمال مجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية تتمثل في التوزيع الطبيعي، عامل الثبات (ألفا كرو نباخ). الموثوقية، المتوسط الحسابي، الانحراف المعياري، معامل الانحدار المتعدد، فيما بينت نتائج الدراسة وجود علاقة تأثير ايجابية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين القيادة الأبوية …

This phenomenological study explores the complexities and influences of pre-merger communication on M&A outcomes from a stakeholder perspective, using the Fair Process Theoretical Framework. The study identified the following six key themes related to pre-merger communication broken down into two distinct categories: important aspects to employees, which include Open and Honest Communication, Engagement and Clarity, Participation and Collaboration, and best practices managers can implement, such as Undertake Fair and Engaging Communication, Prioritize Strategic and Cultural Communication, Ensure Effective and Compliant Communication. Communities of practice (CoP) have become a popular source of knowledge-sharing and learning in organizations. However, several problems occur in managing them and more knowledge about this area is needed. This article addresses this knowledge gap and aims to understand and describe how to facilitate communities of practice in a large corporation. This research paper explores the strategic integration of social media platforms by Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) in Low- and Middle-Income Countries (LMICs) beyond marketing. Drawing from Resource-Based View and Dynamic Capabilities theories, the study investigates how social media enhances management, coordination, and control functions. Through five diverse case studies from Ghana, findings reveal SMEs’ innovative use of platforms like Instagram, WhatsApp, Slack, and Trello. These platforms foster efficient internal communication, customer engagement, project management, and talent acquisition. Challenges such as technical expertise and dynamic digital landscapes are identified.

Nonprofit organizations increasingly face surprising and disruptive shocks, beyond financial setbacks, that challenge an organization's operations, long-term survival, and success. To continue to execute their mission, nonprofits must be resilient. Despite the importance of resilience in nonprofits, more research is needed to understand the factors that build organizational resilience and how leaders can help promote resilience. We conducted a qualitative case study, consisting of 23 interviews with organizational members and key partners, fieldwork, and archival information, of a documented resilient nonprofit organization.
