It is the intent of this proposal to redevelop a specific waterfront site, rejuvenating the area into one that people will want to be a part of, rather than shy away from. It will be through thorough exploration and experimentation of this special site condition (pier) that this will be achieved. It is intended that this proposal will develop a catalyst that willl generate further development along the zone of the water's edge.
