This paper sheds light on analyzing the effect of educational uses on rental prices of neighboring residential properties by applying a case study of Al-Aqiq neighborhood in the city of Riyadh. The research seeks to examine the extent of the existence of a relationship between the educational uses and the neighboring residential properties, depending on the distance factor within a range of 150 meters. Neighborhood urban green spaces are indispensable elements for residents’ rest and recreation. They are also of paramount importance to enhance quality of life within neighborhoods.
