Qualitative research and literature review were conducted by interviewing two ex-sex offenders and a police officer in England for reviewing Sexual conviction record check(system) in Hong Kong, England and Wales. The major findings in the research showed the system might bring stress and labelling effect toward the ex-offenders. Many sex offenders might lack information about the system before discharge which might hinder their rehabilitation and reintegration to the society. There is ample evidence that the conceptualization of fatherhood and the involvement of fathers in families is changing in many societies. However, in sub-Saharan African countries, dedicated studies on fatherhood are still very limited and in Zambia, a review of literature showed that they are non-existent. To address this gap, this study used the framework of masculine compromise to explore the ways in which fatherhood is conceptualized, practiced, and negotiated in view of existing masculinity and fatherhood discourses. 香港面臨人口高齡化，政府統計處（2020）估計65 歲或以上人口會由2019年的120萬增加至2039年252 萬。長者佔總人口比例亦由18.4%上升至33.3%；而老年撫養比率（65 歲及以上人口相對每千名15 至64 歲人口的比率）將由249大幅上升至508。這意味着社會在撫養和照顧長者, 將會面對更大的壓力。另外，老年家庭人口亦不斷增加, 家庭所有成員均為長者的數目從2006年大約18萬上升至2016年超過30萬（增長67.4%）；獨居長者佔長者人口的比例亦由11.6%上升至13.1% （政府統計處，2018）。面對人口老化﹑雙老及獨居家庭等問題，社區需要有更全面的支持配套，才能使長者有良好的生活質素。

香港「社區照顧」（community care）政策源於政府於1977年發佈的《老人服務綠皮書》，強調居家安老為服務原則。該綠皮書（政府社會事務科，1977，頁5）指出，在社會及財政上而言，最可行的辦法就是提供適當的社會服務以幫助老年人能繼續與社會接觸在一起…當一個家庭在照顧老年人方面感到吃力時，政府便提供各種服務作爲對家庭一種的支持和協助。使老年人能繼續在家庭生活。

儘管政府一直強調「居家安老為本，院舍照顧為後援」，但多年來的資源分佈仍是以院舍照顧服務佔較大比例 （香港政策研究所，2017；羅致光，2018）。政府近年開始作出規劃上的調整，安老事務委員會（2017）於2017年發佈《安老服務計劃方案》建議加大社區照顧服務的比例，將社區照顧服務及院舍照顧服務的名額比率 由2016 年的1:1.3 加大至2031年的1:1.1（安老事務委員會，2017；羅致光， 2018）。因此, 加強「居家安老」政策，將會是政府其中一個安老服務規劃方向。

雖然政府及不同的社福機構在「居家安老」方面都有提供長者服務，但服務主要仍集中在城市，居住鄉村的長者因缺乏資源和渠道，較難得到協助。以居於元朗錦田 的長者為例，公營長者日間護理服務單位，全部位於元朗、天水圍或朗屏市區（社會福利署，2021），與他們的住處有一段距離。此外，針對鄉郊長者情況的「居家安老」服務規劃，亦未有在《安老服務計劃方案》中提及。因此, 本研究選取錦田區的長者作為主要訪談對象, 以了解鄉郊長者的「居家安老」情況。

錦田有悠久歷史，為最早來港定居的鄧氏族人居住地，有相當豐富的歷史建築群（陳天權，2016）。錦田面積龐大，近年開始規劃的錦田南和錦田北，佔地約1,400 公頃 （政府新聞公報，2014），佔元朗區14,430 公頃約一成面積，但人口只有 13,489，佔元朗人口約2% （政府統計處，2017；民政事務署，2021）。政府在錦 田規劃大綱中，仍保留不少地帶作「農業」、「自然保育區」或「鄉村式發展」用途（政府新聞公報，2014，2018）。因此，錦田仍然是本港主要的鄉郊地區之一。

本研究希望了解錦田長者的居家養老狀況和需求，為發展鄉郊長者服務的提供參考 資料。研究團隊探討長者於三個範疇的狀況，包括「社交支持」、「居所及社區支援 服務」和「長期護理服務的認識及意見」，並針對這三部分的發現提供相關建議。

For critics however, a focus on discourse equally limits our understanding of the role of materialities (human and non-human) in co-creating such social outcomes. 本次研究旨在調查江門市老年人居家養老的現狀，探索服務需要，提升江門市老年人的生活質素。研究採用定性研究方法，對21名城市老人進行了深度訪談，調查日期從2020年7月到2020年9月。在這21名受訪者中，女性是11人，男性是10人；60-74歲的老人有9名，12名老人在75歲以上；與他人同住的老人有10名，11位老人是獨居。

研究檢視了江門市老年人的健康狀況和居家養老方面的需求，包括住房滿意度、社區設施情況、患病者個人護理需要及生活水準、健康資訊獲取方式、社會支援途徑和方式、老年人喜歡的活動、上門服務的選擇情況、社會組織分佈情況、患病老人的經濟狀況、及智能設備使用情況。

根據被訪者的需要，本文從醫療費用、養老中心和活動、可承擔服務、資訊傳遞、智能設備、家用電器及家居維修等六個方面提出了幾點建議，希望可以提升老年人的生活質素，使他們可以在家安享晚年。

職場共融是香港企業社會責任(Corporate Social Responsibility, CSR)的重要一環。職場共融指出僱主需要尊重僱員之間的多樣性，肯定僱員對工作環境的不同貢獻，並提高員工的專業水準。多元的工作場所亦需要接納來自不同背景、膚色、種族、健康狀況、性傾向和性別認同的員工。綜觀香港商業各界，向來少有女性的高層代表。女同志和雙性戀女性更因為其性別和性傾向，在職場晉升中面臨「雙重隱形天花板」(double glass ceiling) 的阻礙。

透過嶺南大學創新及效益基金的資助，並與香港跨銀行同志論壇(The Hong Kong LGBT Interbank Forum)和Lesbians in Finance合作，鄧芝珊博士向正在香港金融和銀行業工作的女同志和雙性戀女性，進行了一項網絡問卷調查與兩次焦點小組訪談。研究旨在探討香港金融服務業當中，女同志和雙性戀女性所遇到的具體挑戰和障礙。

我們發現，只有37%的問卷調查受訪者曾經在職場「出櫃」，亦有23%向部分關係密切的同事「出櫃」。換言之，他們對於在職場「出櫃」一事仍然有重大顧慮。企業內的LGBT+員工亦面對「隱形天花板」的晉升問題，18%的調查受訪者同意、47%有點同意存在著這種限制。問及女同志和雙性戀女性是否比男同志更難在職場上「出櫃」時，32%受訪者同意、46%表示有點同意。27%的受訪者同意、39%表示有點同意「女同志和雙性戀女性難以獲得企業的晉升」。其他結果則顯示，女同志和雙性戀女性在企業環境中難被看見、缺乏指導機會、承受更大壓力和焦慮，且擔憂女同志和雙性戀女性的身份會令她們遭受質疑。相較於順性別的女性僱員，表現陽剛的員工亦明顯要面臨更嚴格的審查。故此，即使有關多元共融的討論，一直是改善香港企業工作環境的議程之一，但在提升女同志和雙性戀女性議題的意識方面，仍然存在不足之處。

When consumers value cognitive consistency between the news they read and policies they support, politicians are induced to make policies that conform to a polarized media landscape which not only depends on user subscription for revenue but also advertisement receipts. Following Guo et. al. (2018), I develop a model to study how the dependency on advertisement revenue affects media bias, political polarisation, and voter preferences. 服務學習是香港以及全球不少中學及大學廣為採用、深具成效的一種經驗教學法。透過學生、導師、社區夥伴及教育機構的攜手合作，服務學習帶領學生走出課室去服務社區。學生得以學以致用，服務社區。社區在另一方面給予學生生動實在的教育，同時也受益於學生的服務。

現時針對服務學習的研究普遍著重對學生發展的益處，較少對社區夥伴或所服務社區的影響。其中一個原因是，現已有不少可以量度服務學習對學生學習的影響的工具，但對於有效地量度服務學習對社區的影響仍然存在不少困難，並且缺乏工具。

有見及此，我們希望此「社區影響反饋問卷」能填補這個缺口。此問卷旨於從社區夥伴的角度，去瞭解服務學習對他們以及服務受眾的影響。問卷涵蓋三個範疇並通過三方面評估服務學習對社區夥伴的影響，即：實現機構使命、增加機構資源，及獲得新知識、洞見、想法及技巧。同時亦包括量度服務受眾獲益於服務學習項目的程度、對整體社區影響、社區協作夥伴會否繼續參與及推薦服務學習等題項，藉此取得相關的關鍵績效指標。

此用戶手冊詳細介紹此「社區影響反饋問卷」可以如何使用。附錄亦載有問卷的中譯本。我們希望中譯本能協助更多社區夥伴參與評估服務學習項目對社區的影響，並將他們的經驗轉化成範例，促進服務學習的進一步發展，並為社區帶來更深遠及持續的好處。
