Human Rights Organizations In Palestine: Scope, Opportunities And Challenges, Qusai A. Ibrahim, Salwa Ramadan

The study was designed to understand the scope, opportunites and challenges of human rights organizations (HROs) from the point of view of managers in the State of Palestine. The study adopted the quantitative method, using a probability sample of 39 managers in the HROs. A social survey, developed by the researchers, was used to collect the data after ensuring its reliability and validity. The data were analyzed with the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) and are discussed with descriptive statistics. This study aimed to identify the most prominent difficulties facing by the Palestinian refugee women inside the camps of Nablus city, in order to achieve these goals, the researchers used the qualitative approach as it fits the objectives of the study. This research explored the effects of marriage before college graduation on the educational attainments and personal fulfillment of Saudi women. The purpose of this study was to gather and analyze data from women who were married before completing a college degree and women who were married after completing a college degree in order to measure how marriage has affected their lives in different ways. The study sought to explore the quality of the information circulated in social media platforms and the responsiveness of the government decision makers to using such platforms. Descriptive and analytical tools were utilized to handle and process the information collected from the published sources as well as using a questionnaire survey designed specifically for this study. A total of 187 public sector top-level managers in 19 Jordanian government agencies have participated in the survey. الملخص:

تهدف الدراسة الحالية للكشف عن العلاقة بين الضغوط الحياتية وقلق الموت لدى مقدمي الخدمات الصحية بمحافظات غزة، ومعرفة الفروق التي تعزى لمتغيرات (الجنس، والخبرة)، وقد تألَّفت عينةُ الدراسة من (80) طبيباً وممرضاً، تمَّ اختيارهم بطريقة العينة العشوائية البسيطة من المجتمع الأصلي للعام (2020)، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدمت مقياس الضغوط الحياتية من إعداد الخطيب (2020)، ومقياس قلق الموت إعداد الباحث، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أنَّ مستوى الضغوط الحياتية كان مرتفعاً بوزن نسبي (79.8%)، ولم تُظهِر النتائج فروق دالة إحصائياً في الضغوط الحياتية تبعاً لمتغير الجنس، كما أظهرت الدراسة فروق دالة احصائياً في الضغوط الحياتية تبعاً لمتغير الخبرة لصالح 10 سنوات …
