Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) merupakan suatu program yang di berikan oleh organisasi/perusahaan kepada pekerjanya, guna mengatasi permasalahan pekerja yang berdampak pada kinerja pekerja. Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) yang dilakukan oleh Iradat Konsultan (IK) sebagai salah satu penyedia jasa layanan EAP di Indonesia.
