The purpose of this study was to measure staff attitudes about sexual intimacy in the Veterans Home of California-Barstow (VHCB). Participants were twenty-seven VHCB staff members. The data collected was used for the purpose of understanding, and then formulating suggestions for implementing better institutional interventions and policy in the VHCB.

The purpose of this study was to explore knowledge and perception of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) community among Master of Social Work students (MSW) at California State University San Bernardino (CSUSB). This study is necessary because the LGBT community remains a vulnerable and discriminated group that utilizes both social and mental health services.
