The Quality Of Information Circulated Through Social Media And The Responsiveness Of Government Decision Makers In Jordan, Ali Mistarihi

The study sought to explore the quality of the information circulated in social media platforms and the responsiveness of the government decision makers to using such platforms. Descriptive and analytical tools were utilized to handle and process the information collected from the published sources as well as using a questionnaire survey designed specifically for this study. A total of 187 public sector top-level managers in 19 Jordanian government agencies have participated in the survey.
