The article aimed to identify the relationship between negative school climate and burnout within computer teachers in Al-karak governorate. The study sample consisted of (83) male and female teachers working in public schools during the second semester of the academic year (2021/2022). To achieve the objectives of the study two measures were used: a Maslach Burnout Scale and Negative School Climate Scale were used to collect the needed data.
