The article aimed to identify the relationship between negative school climate and burnout within computer teachers in Al-karak governorate. The study sample consisted of (83) male and female teachers working in public schools during the second semester of the academic year (2021/2022). To achieve the objectives of the study two measures were used: a Maslach Burnout Scale and Negative School Climate Scale were used to collect the needed data. The study aimed to measure the degree of Functional bullying level at the headmasters of public schools in Karak governorate from the teachers’ point of view. The study sample consisted of (196) male and female teachers in public schools in Karak governorate.
