With the world-renowned development and proliferation of the Internet in China, we have seen the dawning of the IoE (Internet of everything) era, where there will be significant permeation into all corners of society. The new formats as Internet economy and digital economy become the new momentum for economic growth, and it will have profound impact on the demand for skills, which is considerably high on the agenda of social research.
