The purpose of the study was to determine digital access tools and provision of open educational resources by librarians in academic libraries in Rivers State. Three objectives, three research questions and three hypotheses were formulated to guide the study. The study adopted a correlational research survey design. The population of the study was Seventy-Five (75) librarians comprising all the state government owned academic libraries in Rivers State. Census sampling technique was used to select all the respondents. The article reports that the Digital Library of Georgia (DLG) offers a sub grant program providing institutions in services to create a digital collection. Topics include DLG staff promote the new collections on social media, and all produced content is accessible online for free; and the life cycle of the subgranting program, using UGA's Law School's Lecture & Presentation Photograph Archive of the digitization project.

In this case study, we cover Research Data Management (RDM) policy development at SMU, the implementation of SMU’s Research Data Repository. The outreach and engagement carried out at the launch and subsequently. We reflect on what we learnt in the process. We also did a pilot feasibility study of using Figshare as a paper repository and report on our findings.

In April 2021, members of New York State Covid-19 and Minority Health Disparities Engaged Researchers Working Group began contributing a series of white papers to a collection in Scholars Archive, University at Albany's institutional repository. This poster reports on the reach of that collection after one year. The literature suggests that information users beyond the academy rely on a variety of sources in the course of their work, most of which can be described as grey literature. The ability to access research information offline to the library and access online through a repository becomes an important ability that must be owned by the library, especially for upper-semester students. This research aims to determine the influence of offline and online access skills on accessing institutional repositories, using access skill limitations from the concept of IFLA literacy and the Theory of planned behavior (TPB). Quantitative research methods with multiple linear correlation analysis using SPSS version 25. The study respondents were 93 users from the student population of IAIN Purwokerto last semester. Visualizing Lecturers’ Publications Submitted To Institutional Repository During The Covid-19 Pandemic: A Case Of Mataram State Islamic University, Indonesia, Muhammad Muhajir Aminy, Azhar Azhar, Soni Ariawan

The purpose of this study was to examine and visualize lecturers' writings submitted to the Mataram State Islamic University's institutional repository during the COVID-19 pandemic. The study used bibliometric analysis with the total number of publications was 166 documents in various types.The results indicated that journal articles accounted for 42.16 percent (n=70) of all publications and more than half (65.66%) of total publications were authored in Indonesian language. Additionally, it was discovered that the terms pendidikan (education) and pembelajaran (learning) were the two most frequent terms in all type of publications, appearing 10,714 and 9,834 times respectively. Student employees are a critical component in the workforce of academic libraries. While more established library services have the benefit of attracting student employees specifically interested in their work, scholarly communication programs, and library publishing efforts in particular, have more difficulty describing and garnering interest in their work.
