This study investigated institutional repositories as a collaborative tool for users’ satisfaction in public university libraries in Abia and Imo States. Two research questions were asked and two hypotheses formulated to guide the study. The research designs adopted for the investigation are inferential survey and correlational designs. The population of the study was 5,294. The sample size for this study is 378. In February 2023, the Carnegie Mellon University in Qatar library tested a new outreach program in collaboration with the Robotics club. This poster examines the white and male-dominated narrative promoted in the archives. Archivists hold the power to record and contribute to what is included in the archives. The lack of descriptions and identifiers causes archivists to define materials to the best of their ability. A third party is then creating historical notes that may not be complete and the materials lose, to some extent, their meaning and value. This becomes even more problematic when the materials have originated from or highlight minority individuals or groups. The FIU Librarians will reveal the statistics from a pilot program to formalize their Incident Management and Problem Management processes using the LibAnswers ticketing system on Springshare's LibGuides CMS. The ticketing system allowed the librarians to track the effectiveness of their troubleshooting steps, measure turnaround time for resolution, and manage their transition to new products and services. The pilot program enhanced interdepartmental communication, improved customer service outcomes, increased transparency, and identified trends and potential problems before they became widespread issues.

The study adopted the descriptive survey design. The population of the study comprised 2,500 lecturers in faculty of humanities and science in federal universities in south-south Nigeria and the sample size was 750 lecturers selected using proportionate stratified random sampling technique. The purpose of this pilot study is to discover how academic instruction librarians discuss the concept of information literacy with faculty colleagues outside the library and information science field; how they negotiate shared meanings of the term; and what pedagogical actions result from these conversations. The paper analyses 775 publications by the faculty members in the Department of Physics, University of Calcutta, collected from Scopus database for the period of 19 years (2001-2019). A number of bibliometric indicators e.g. total publications, citations, journal cites score, h-index, year-wise productivity, national and international collaborations, the most preferred and cited journal are employed for analysing the nature of publications. Bibliometric technique and open source software like Publish or Perish and Bibliometrix R Package are used for data analysis. The University of Tennessee’s Preston Medical Library (PML) collaborated with local libraries for outreach at a Remote Area Medical (RAM) event. Librarians staffed a resource table and distributed consumer health handouts, received and fulfilled health information requests, and administered the Newest Vital Sign, a health literacy assessment tool, to volunteers. Researchers analyzed completed health information requests and health literacy assessment results to better inform future outreach. Collaboration at this event built relationships, particularly with the University of Tennessee Knoxville Libraries, for future community events.

The study focused on authorship pattern and collaboration in colorectal cancer research output as reflected in the web of science database for the period 2010-2017. Using various scientometrics approaches, the study presents co-authorship and collaborative patterns for different countries, institutions, and authors. We find multi and mega-author contributions which are increasing and dominate the CRC research. In the case of collaborative patterns, we found domestic collaboration which dominates the CRC research compared to international collaborations. Institution wise we find mostly domestic inter-institutional collaboration. Country pair-wise collaboration pattern shows that the US is the most preferred country for collaborations and the …

In this study we aims to measure and evaluate the quantitative growth of research productivity of VSS University of Technology, Odisha using scientometrics parameters such as annual growth rate, author productivity, institution-wide collaboration, and collaboration pattern. The research publications data of VSSUT were retrieved from Scopus from 2015 to 2020. The total publications of 1889 sample datasets are used for this study.
