The Encore Experience: Using A Third Party Discovery Tool With Aleph And Voyager: Voyager, Tari Keller

During 2007, the University of Kentucky worked with Innovative Interfaces as a development partner to make the Encore product a viable alternative search tool with Voyager. The project involved programming work to develop and automate extract scripts, as well as extensive testing for accuracy and functionality of the interface with the ILS data. This presentation will briefly describe the project and demonstrate Encore with Voyager. The audience will learn general concepts and considerations to keep in mind when working with third party products.
