The main purpose of this study was to examine the awareness and usage of library resources by the user in Regional Library of Tirupati. To achieve the objectives of the study, a survey method was conducted using convenient sampling method. Two hundred questionnaires have been distributed to the public library users. Out of two hundred questionnaires, one hundred and seventy usable response sheets were received. This study reveals that majority of the respondents (37.65%) visit library for updating subject knowledge, 32.94% to update their employment information. It is also clear that majority of the library users (83.5%) have ICT knowledge. …

College libraries are integral part of higher education institutions and they play an important role in raising the standard of education. The study was conducted at Sri JCBM College, Sringeri to assess users’ awareness and utilization of library resources and services. The data were collected using a structured questionnaire and personal visits to the said college library. Convenience sampling technique was used to collect the data. The present study is evaluates the user experience towards library information resources and services in selected engineering and management institutes of Haryana. The researcher distributed 432 questionnaires among faculty members, PG and UG students of YMCA Faridabad, MDU Rohtak and DCRUST Sonipat Engineering and management institute libraries and found 325(75.23%) responses received back. It was found that the majority of users were overall satisfied with available library information sources and services. Purpose: This study assessed the public libraries of Balochistan in terms of information resources, infrastructure facilities, human resources and services. It also probed the problems faced by the libraries in the delivery of services.

Methodology: The study was quantitative in nature and survey research method was used to achieve the desired objectives. There were 35 public libraries, which constituted the study’s population and data was collected from heads/incharge of libraries through the questionnaire. This paper aims to analyze and show the research trends on published research on information technology applications for library information services from 2011 until 2020. The papers are collected from SCOPUS and Web of Science databases. The study reveals 310 papers from various journals, and the total number of citations is 896 from 10 years. The data from 310 papers reveal that the most productive journal with the highest number of publications is “Library Hi Tech Journal”. The present study investigates the awareness and use of information resources and services by M. Com students and faculty members in First Grade College Libraries of Udupi District of Karnataka. For this survey the sample population consisting of 160 M. The paper investigated the provision of library facilities and services for the specially-abled users in the three selected Public Libraries of Arunachal Pradesh. It examined access to the information materials collected in the libraries and the building structure. The data-gathering instruments consisted of a structured questionnaire, observation, and interview method were followed. Findings of the study showed that among the three libraries Pasighat District Central Library has specialized staff to guide the specially-abled user. Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of the study is to know the user’s satisfaction level of law college libraries of Assam, India.

Methodology: Survey method was used to collect the necessary information from the users of law college libraries of Assam. A total 900 questionnaires were distributed among the students and 600 questionnaires were accepted for analysis.

The primary aim of this study is to create a promotional strategy plan based on the usage of resources and services. Survey questionnaire was used to gather data from a stratified sample of 372 students and 98 faculty members. Only 64 faculty members returned their questionnaires. The study employs independent sample t-test, ANOVA (f-test) and Mann Whitney (U-test) to test the operational hypothesis. Upon analyzing the demographic profiles, it was noted that the students were frequent visitors of the library while the faculty have minimal visits.

This study was designed to investigate the extent of student-counsellors' satisfaction with library services offered at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. The study is a descriptive survey comprising all the full-time undergraduate student-counsellors at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, from the first year to final year. A structured questionnaire was used for obtaining data. The findings showed that there was a high extent of student-counsellors’ satisfaction with the registration, lending, shelving, renewal/replacement and reserve services offered by the university library.
