This study is based on the bibliometric analysis of research publications that focus on highlighting the impact of homosexuality on the process of adoption of children. The primary objective of this study is to analyze the frequency of publications focusing on the impact of parental sexual orientation on the process of adoption in different countries. The study investigated information needs and seeking behavior of children in public libraries: A case study of Benue state public library. Five (5) objectives with corresponding research questions were formulated to guide the study. The study adopted survey research design, the population of the study was 490 children registered with the Benue state library Board headquarters, Makurdi. The study’s main purpose was to map Cerebral Palsy (CP), a bibliometric analysis of the highly cited research output, 1990-2020. The web of science database was used to retrieve all records related to CP. The Impact Factor of the reviews has been taken from the 2019 issue of Clarivate Analytics’ Journal Citation Report (JCR), named IF2019. The Hirsch Index (h-Index) has been compiled from the most active writers and organizations database.
