The purpose of this study is to examine the papers published in the ASLIB Journal of Information Management between 2014 to 2021. The Scopus database was chosen for bibliographic data extraction. The VOSviewer software was used to visualize the research results using network maps. During the research period, 311 papers with 2534 citations were discovered. The publication trends of the ASLIB Journal of Information Management have been identified using a variety of bibliometric variables. Research has always been regarded as the most important intellectual activity in the higher education system; therefore this research article aims to provide a comprehensive picture of research productivity in symposia, seminars, conferences, journals, book chapters, research projects and patents carried out by various academic librarians during 2004 to 2013. A questionnaire was designed for data collection and the same was sent to the academic librarians by e-mail/in print. The present study reveals the results of a bibliometric study of 148 articles published in the Journal of ILA. The main purpose of the study is to identify the pattern of authorship and collaborative nature of Library Philosophy and Practice journal during 2001 to 2020. Bibliographic data were collected from 2008 articles through the Lens database, based on the key areas of authorship studies such as authorship pattern, number of authors etc. The study found that Degree of Collaboration (DC), Collaborative Coefficient (CC) and Collaborative Index (CI) of these articles were 0.63, 0.36 and 1.93 respectively, which clearly indicate that the authorship trend is towards the shared or joint authorship in Library Philosophy and Practice journal.

This study aims to explore the publication trends in Webology Journal. The Scopus database was chosen for the extraction of bibliographic data for the period 2006 to 2020. Then, VOSviewer software was used to analyse the data and generate visualization network maps. A total of 295 publications were found during the study period. The study covers the growth of literature and authorship patterns of the journal during the said period. This study reflects the bibliometric analysis of 211 articles appeared in ‘JDoc’ from 2007 to 2011. Different parameters of bibliometrics such as the yearly distribution of publications; exponential growth rate, relative growth rate; doubling time of publications; authorship pattern; the degree of collaboration among authors; pagination pattern of publications; top ten keywords, countries, institutions & top ten most cited papers. This paper evaluates the performance of the 14 most productive Central Universities in Social Sciences research. The study is based on the Scopus Indexing database for the period from 2009 to 2018 where the total records retrieved were 7278. Results revealed that journal articles were the most preferred form of publication with 4293 (59%) research papers and the mean annual growth rate of publications was 1.01 while the Mean RGR (Relative Growth Rate) and DT (Doubling Time) were 0.314 and 2.751 respectively.
