The Study was designed to find out the Influence of Koha Software on circulation and serial operations for effective service delivery in university libraries in North Central Nigeria. The study was guided by two specific objectives, two research questions and two hypotheses. Descriptive Survey research design was adopted for the study. The Study area is North Central Nigeria. In 2013 we analyzed print book circulation at Seton Hall University Libraries. Circulation was relatively low, but our data took no account of in-house circulation (books that were removed from the shelf but not checked out).
