This article aims to evaluate the ability of the National Library of Indonesia in its function as a public library. It also describes the ability of the National Library of Indonesia organization in the context of Hybrid Library Governance (HLG). The article, through a qualitative descriptive approach, reveals the dimensions of the organization and shows the Indonesian National Library has formalised a support system in which there are several regulations that support the governance of the library.
