In 2010, Ontario implemented a new Quality Assurance Framework (QAF) that replaces UPRAC and OCGS program review and accreditation. Programs will have to demonstrate that students graduate with a set of generic skills, including information literacy. Find out what quality assurance means in higher education in Canada and abroad, and how you can leverage the QAF to integrate information literacy into the curriculum and demonstrate the value of collections that go beyond lists of databases and item counts.
