Changing norms is a difficult process that requires society to discard previously held ideas, morals, and practices. In the case of school discipline, this means abandoning the long accepted practice of zero tolerance and its associated values, identities, and processes of punishment and exclusion. This paper provides a historical overview of the development of cyberforensics as a scientific discipline, along with a description of the current state of training, educational programs, certification and accreditation. The paper traces the origins of cyberforensics, the acceptance of cyberforensics as a forensic science and its recognition as a component of information security. It also discusses the development of professional certification and standardized bodies of knowledge that have had a substantial impact on the discipline. Finally, it discusses the accreditation of cyberforensic educational programs, its linkage with the bodies of knowledge and its effect on cyberforensic educational programs.

The research examined the characteristics of youth served by the Kendall County Probation and Court Services Department's Youth Education Class, a diversion program for youth charged with alcohol-related offenses. The research examined changes in awareness of alcohol and drug risks and health consequencies, and post-program recidivism.

This study investigated whether a significant relationship exists between a woman’s employment status and the potentiality of her being killed while in an abusive relationship. Would an abusive man be more likely to kill his female intimate partner if she sought independence from him (e.g., employment away from the home)? If he saw the woman’s employment as a means of leaving the abusive environment, he might consider ending her life before she could successfully leave the relationship. This paper will discuss terrorism from the perspective of a terrorist organisation acquiring nuclear material to build weapons and how security of radiological material world wide will minimise the risk of such devices being used. It will discuss the need to improve security at nuclear waste processing and storage sites and the adequacy of current security. It will also discuss the phenomenon of suicide attacks by the bomb carriers and the role of the media in informing and educating the general public of the consequences should such a device containing nuclear material be detonated.
