This report documents the substantive findings and management recommendations of a cultural resources survey conducted by Integrated Environmental Solutions, LLC (IES) for the Prosper High School #2 Project in the Town of Prosper, Collin County, Texas. The direct APE encompasses approximately 129 acres (ac) and was comprised of a 100- ac proposed school site fronting Coit Road with an associated 2.1-mile (mi; 29-ac) sanitary sewer pipeline corridor that extends west, along Parvin Branch from the proposed school location to Preston Road (State Highway [SH] 289). Richardson Parks & Recreation Department is planning new trails and park features for the additional acreage the city recently acquired around the Spring Creek Nature Area in Richardson, Texas. The city acquired an additional 50 acres in the southwestern portion of Collin County. The parks department has plans to construct new trails and park facilities on the properties to connect to existing facilities. The overall property is bounded by Renner Road on the north, Plano Road on the east, and Routh Creek Parkway on the west. North Texas Municipal Water District is planning the Plano Eastside Pipeline Replacement project in Collin County, Texas. The proposed project consists of replacing approximately 8,000 linear feet (2,438 meters) of waterline along the west side of Shiloh Road. Much of the line will be replaced within existing easements and in parking lots and entrances associated with commercial developments between Renner Road and 14th Street, and along Del Sol Drive. However, a few segments will require new easements. These segments total approximately 570 meters and are the only sections in need of an intensive pedestrian survey, although they parallel existing utilities. …

Collin College has proposed the Allen Campus project where campus facilities will be constructed in northwest Allen, Collin County, Texas. Collin College retained Terracon Consultants, Inc. to conduct a systematic, intensive pedestrian survey of the approximately 32-acre project area. Because Collin College, a political subdivision of the State of Texas, sponsored the project, the proposed undertaking is subject to compliance with the Antiquities Code of Texas and oversight from the Texas Historical Commission. The City of Plano is proposing to convert the Los Rios Golf Course and Country Club into a city park. For the first phase of the project, the city may choose to remove the clubhouse and associated physical facilities. The City of Plano contracted with AR Consultants, Inc. to conduct an archaeological survey of the 8.3-acre area surrounding the clubhouse and an architectural evaluation of the clubhouse.
