A collection of newspaper clippings with dates ranging from August 1959, to April 1960. Clippings are arranged in chronological order. During this time Michael DeCiantis was serving as the West Warwick Town Solicitor. This scrapbook covers West Warwick politics and civic engagement, the town's budget, including an increase to the school boards funds and a pay hike for teachers' salaries, unemployment compensation, the election of Chairman of the Democratic State Committee, and the accidental drowning of a woman and her son.
