This study aims to map scientific publications in the field of ISO 9000 visually at the global level indexed by scopus using bibliometric analysis. This study focused on articles of ISO 9000 at the international level. Research data were obtained from the Scopus database in Januari 2021 through the publish or perish software. This study aims to determine the comparison between the combination of these assessments between public and Islamic-based universities. This study adopts a quantitative research methodology. The self-administered questionnaire was distributed each to 200 visitors of the Nusantara Business Institute and YARSI University to find out the comparison of the combined assessment of LibQual and Muslim-friendly Librarian. The study found that the combination of ratings between LibQual and Muslim Friendly Librarian had differences in satisfaction scores between the campuses. This study notes that Muslim-friendly Librarian has a higher satisfaction score for public higher education users than Islamic-based universities
