The present study is conducted to analyze the accessibility, deterioration and half-life of URLs of web documents cited in Current Science Journal published during 2015 -2016. A total of 1724 URLs cited in the 1564 articles were examined. It was found that 56.67 percent of URLs were accessible at the time of testing and the remaining 43.33 per-cent of URLs were not accessible. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the status of East Azerbaijan Public Libraries' services to the users with disabilities. The population of the study consisted of 80 managers and supervisors of public libraries in East Azerbaijan province, Iran. A researcher-made questionnaire, inspired by the American Library Association checklist and the library access checklist (by IFLA) has been used for data gathering. Expanding Maternal and Neonatal Survival programs, therefore,initiateda training so-called emergency drill simulation. This research work exemplifies a bibliometric study of communications published in the Journal of Informetrics from 2012 to 2016. The main schema and source used for this study is the Web of Science domain. A bibliometric analysis of 459 records was conducted using MS Excel. The study indicated that the maximum number of articles were in the year 2016, representing 23% of total contributions. Top contributing organizations during the study period were Max Planck Society of Germany, Indiana University of USA, and University Roma Tor Vergata of Italy.
