Collections & Connections is a newsletter of Western Kentucky University Libraries periodically featuring its major events. This Spring 2000 issue highlights the second Book Festival that brought in LeVar Burton, the opening of the Libraries Millennial Exhibit, the acquisition of genealogical and political cartoons and contemporary quilts, the Expressing Kentucky project, the Bellsouth Community Internet Workshops, the Natcher, Pace, and Jim Wayne Miller collections, and the celebration of the 2000 National Library Week.

Collections & Connections is a semiannual newsletter of Western Kentucky University Libraries featuring its major events. This Spring '99 issue highlights the history of Libraries' Web site, the Southern Kentucky Fesitival of Books (now Southern Kentucky Book Fest), the acquisition of broadsides, the implementation of Topcat II, the Jonesville Artwork exhibition, a Civil War re-enactment, the National Library Week celebration, the microfilming of Daily News' stray issues, and the display of Japanese clothing at the Kentucky Museum.

Collections & Connections is WKU Libraries' newsletter periodically featuring major events of the Libraries and the Kentucky Museum and connecting them with their users and potential donors. This Fall '98 issue highlighted the first Southern Kentucky Festival of Books (now Southern Kentucky Book Fest); exhibitions of Lincoln, British and American childhood, and The Kentucky Orphan Brigade; the National Library Week celebration; the inauguration exhibit in honor of WKU President Gary Ransdell; and changes in Libraries and Kentucky Museum Advisory Councils. This issue also reported the reception of donations and the purchase of an art collection by the Main Library.
