This paper presents a bibliometric study of the journal "Veterinary World" during the year 2008-2017. The year wise distribution of papers, authorship pattern, institution-wise distribution, length of the papers, type of the document published, international authored contributions and citation etc., of the journal have been taken for this study. The total number of documents published during the period has been 1954 and they have been pulled out from Scopus database. In a period of 20 years, Bishop Heber College has published 599 publications of which were published in the highly reputed journals (SCOPUS listed journals) in core subjects of Science and Humanities with the average of 10 papers per year. This paper analyses the growth and development of productivity in Supreme Court Judgments Worldwide during the period 2000-2016, data extracted from Scopus database. The focus of the study is on highest producing countries and institutions engaged in research and their impact on the society. The study shows that the World output in Supreme Court judgments has grown continuously during the period of study but in an inconsistent way. USA contributed highest 49.64% papers to the total World’s output followed by UK and Canada. Only a small proportion (35.99%) remains uncited during the period of study.

Purpose

The unique properties of graphene and its extensive applications has turned it an emerging area of research. Therefore, this study is an attempt to analyse the research output trends in graphene during the period 2010 – 2012 for the publications indexed by Web of Science.

Methodology

The study maps the parameters of output, journal productivity and the impact strength of publications. The Institute for Scientific Information Web of Science database core collection was used to retrieve the data.
