This study intend to evaluate the use of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) in private organization. User satisfaction is one of the conditions for the successful implementation of information systems. To evaluate this system information, the author uses the conceptual Delone and Mclean information system success model(ISSM). This study employs a quantitative methodology and a survey method. The research sample consists of employees in private organizations engaged in software engineering. Objective: primary objective of periodontal therapy is to remove supra and subgingival deposits from the tooth surface to stop disease progression. The purpose of the study is to address the instrument selection and its efficacy in calculus removal. Methods: A total of 50 subjects who fulfilled the criteria were included in the study. Objective: Ankyloglossia affects a person’s overall well-being and life, from malnutrition due to poor feeding and mechanical problems to psychological stress and low self-esteem, thus affecting social life. The diagnosis and prognosis of teeth with endo-perio lesions present a major challenge for dentists. Proper diagnosis is critical in determining treatment and the long-term prognosis. However, treating complex endodontic and periodontal lesions is one of the most common challenges in current clinical practice. Tadayyun: Development Of Religiosity Scale In Islamic Perspective, Scientia Afifah Taibah, Lydia Freyani Hawadi, Thobib Al-Asyhar

This study aims to develop a religiosity scale called tadayyun, based on an Islamic approach rooted in the Qur'an, hadith, and the opinions of scholars. The research sample consisted of 269 participants residing throughout Indonesia, ranging in age from 18 to 40 years old. Data were collected using the tadayyun scale, which comprised 27 items derived from literature studies. The reliability test results, measured using Cronbach's Alpha, yielded a value of 0.839, indicating good internal consistency. All items demonstrated satisfactory discrimination abilities (p>0.138). How did France’s refusal to take part in the war on Iraq in 2003 has created the conditions that legitimizes its future military interventions abroad? This study aimed to investigate the formation of group-based hatred in the context of latent conflict, as previous studies have predominantly explored the consequences of hatred in intractable conflicts. Group identification was hypothesized to lead to hatred of another group through perceived threat as a mediator, with the types of threat formulated from historical conflict narratives. Millennials comprise a significant portion of the demography of the current Philippine workforce. Cognizant of the unique socio-cultural environment that shaped the Generation Y cohort, this descriptive phenomenological qualitative study aimed to explore millennial employees' work expectations and experiences within a government agency in the Philippines. Four themes emerged from the in-depth analysis of the five employees' interview responses: (1) job security and financial stability, (2) socio-emotional support, (3) fulfillment, and (4) professional development opportunities. This study examines the association between positive body image and selective visual self-presentation behaviors on social networking sites, while also considering the moderating influence of gender. We conducted a cross-sectional survey involving 282 undergraduate students in Malaysia (Mage = 20.85, SD = 1.81). The results reveal a negative correlation between positive body image and behaviors such as posing in pictures and editing photos. However, no significant relationship was found between positive body image and photo selection. Gender differences were evident, with females exhibiting higher engagement in posing in pictures, editing, and photo selection compared to males. The findings also …

The study examined the coverage of kidnapping in North-West Nigeria by looking at the extent of coverage, prominence and major sources of news found in the stories in Daily Trust and The Guardian newspapers for the period of two years using content analysis research design. The findings indicated little attention to the interpretative role of the mass media, low prominence and too much reliance on Government/official news sources in reporting kidnapping in North-West Nigeria.

This paper aims to assess the impact of the confirmed COVID-19 cases, the timing of the outbreak, and physical measures on the returns and spillover effects of exchange rate in Indonesia. The model will be tested by the exponential generalized autoregressive conditional heteroskedastic (EGARCH) process and the spillover volatility index. The study discovers that the confirmed cases, outbreak news, and the implementation of large-scale social restrictions simultaneously contribute to a leverage effect on the volatility of a direct quote of Indonesian Rupiah to Australian Dollar, Euro, US Dollar, Singapore Dollar, and Great British Pound. The COVID-19 pandemic has posed significant challenges to immigration policies in Indonesia. The government has implemented various measures, such as a temporary ban on the entry of foreigners and tightened border control, to prevent the spread of the virus. However, the implementation of these policies faces several obstacles, including inadequate infrastructure and overlapping authorities. Therefore, this research aims to examine the post-pandemic implementation of immigration policies, focusing on the role of migration infrastructure and the effectiveness of border control.
