The fact sheet includes park scores for the cities in the Mountain West states of Nevada, Arizona, Colorado, and New Mexico. This plan proposes designing and developing a new park in Chesterfield County that will promote sustainability in its design and implementation, as well as provide a stepping stone to promote these practices throughout Chesterfield County parks. This plan achieves this by providing research, concepts, and recommendations centered on the three Es of sustainability: environmental quality, social equity, and economic efficiency.
