Environmental Scan Of Off-Site Reference In Academic Libraries, Penny Scott, Elizabeth Stephan

Taking library services outside of the library seems to be a growing trend in academic libraries, but is it really? In 2011 Stephan and Scott conducted an online survey of academic libraries to measure how and if off-site reference is being utilized in academic libraries in order to provide a snapshot of current and past off-site reference trends.
