Quinn, who after serving in all 3 branches of Rhode Island government, capped his twenty-five career in Rhode Island politics with tenure as Chief Judge of the United States Court of Military Appeals. The interview tapes, which were roughly transcribed, cover all phases of his public service in the political arena of Rhode Island.
