Game wardens encounter operational and organizational stressors similar to those faced by traditional law enforcement officers. DTCs were created as an alternative to the traditional court system by allowing those convicted of a drug offense to receive treatment. The current study was formulated on the theoretical framework of therapeutic jurisprudence and structural ritualization.
