In todays’ world, library and information services delivery are being transformed from their manual operations to new ways using technology. This research project aims to investigate the various methods seniors use to in order to access health care information. More specifically, this research focuses on seniors’ information-seeking behaviours in an online environment in order to identify potential obstacles to the retrieval of accurate and accessible health care information.
