Inclusive double spin asymmetries have been measured in [special characters omitted] using the CLAS detector and a polarized [special characters omitted] target at. Jefferson Lab in 1998. The goal of these measurements is to study the spin structure of the deuteron and the neutron in the low Q² transition region between the real photon point, where the Gerasimov-Drell-Hearn (GDH) sum rule is expected to be satisfied, and the deep inelastic scattering limit.
