Nanosized Mn0.5Ni0.5Fe2-xPrxO4, x=0.0, 0.02, 0.04, 0.06, 0.08, 0.1 and 0.15 are prepared by co-precipitation method at calcination temperature 650oC for 4 hours. X-ray diffraction patterns show the presence of the cubic (Mn-Ni)- ferrite phase and anti-ferromagnetic a-Fe2O3. The variation in the lattice parameter “a” is due to the replacement of smaller radius ions Fe+3 by larger radius ions Pr+3. Transmission electron micrographs indicate that the particles are spherical in shape. The moderately agglomerated particles are present due to the …
Study Of The Geometric Structure Of Low-Atomic Copper Clusters Using Computer Simulation, Nodirbek Ikromjonovich Ibrokhimov
Study Of The Geometric Structure Of Low-Atomic Copper Clusters Using Computer Simulation, Nodirbek Ikromjonovich Ibrokhimov
Scientific-technical journal
In this work, we investigated the geometric structure of small neutral copper clusters with low energy using the MD (Molecular Dynamics) method. When calculating the processes of interatomic interaction, we used a potential EAM (Embedded-atom method). A computer model of Cun (n = 2-13) clusters has been created. The geometric shapes of the Cu2, Cu3, Cu4, Cu5, Cu6, Cu7, Cu8, Cu9, Cu10, Cu11, Cu12, and Cu13 clusters have been studied and the structural parameters (Cu-Cu bond …

Vermiculations are aggregates of small particles commonly found on cave walls. They are a major concern for the conservation of painted caves, as they can potentially alter valuable prehistoric cave paintings. A previous rheological study of fine sediment deposits on cave walls revealed that this material can undergo a solid-to-liquid transition triggered by variations in the chemical composition of the water film on the wall. Such a transition could occur at the origin of vermiculations by allowing the sediment to flow under low mechanical stress. In this work, we provide quantitative information on the conditions leading to this transition and …

Cadmium and zinc, as transition metals, are deep-level impurities (DL) and have a significant effect on the electrical, photoelectric, recombination, and other properties of semiconductor crystals. This paper presents the results of experimental studies of the optical and electrical properties of silicon crystals containing impurity atoms of cadmium and zinc using DLTS and low-temperature photoluminescence (PL).

Influence Of Mechanical Deformation On The Photo-Voltaic Properties Of Thin Polycrystalline Cdte, Cdse, Cds Films Manufactured By Portional Evaporation In Vacuum, T I. Rakhmonov, R U. Siddikov, A Mirzaaxmedov

Some issues of improving the technology of obtaining thin-film (d»1.0 μm) elements with anomalous photovoltaic properties from cadmium chalcogenides by thermal evaporation in vacuum in separate portions on transparent dielectric substrates are considered. The experimental results of studying the current-voltage, lux-ampere, lux-voltage and deformation characteristics of CdTe, CdSe, CdS polycrystalline films are analyzed. It is shown that the obtained samples have linear I - V, L - A, temperature (T≈120-320 K) and deformation characteristics (ε≈-3‧10-5-3‧10-3 arb. units). Therefore, they can serve as promising photocells for the producing of film photodetectors sensitive to mechanical deformation in the visible …
