This Environmental Assessment is prepared by the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Rock Springs District with the cooperative participation of the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service, Animal Damage Control Unit (USDA-APHIS-ADC, hereafter referred to as APHIS-ADC).
