Photoelectrochemistry Of La~(3+) Doped Semiconductor Porous Films Sensitized By Ru(Bpy)_2(Ncs)_2 Dye, Li Zhang, Yan-Jie Ren, Sheng-Min Cai

The La 3+ _doped TiO 2 nanoparticles were prepared with hydrothermal method.The photoelectrochemical properties of La 3+ _doped TiO 2 nanoporous_film electrode sensitized by Ru(bpy) 2(NCS) 2 were studied.The conversion efficiency of light to electricity and the energy conversion efficiencies were ineased with the depth of La 3+ _doped TiO 2 nanoporous_film electrode.
