Manipulation is a classical method used to treat musculo-skeletal soreness and pain with its own indications , but the etiologies of aching pain are versatile. It is extremely dangerous to apply manipulation before adequate diagnosis. This is a report of two cases with injury of cervical cord myelopathy by inadequate manipulation.The first patient was 52 year-old man who suffered form neck and right hand soreness for move than a year.
