This final design report shows the results of this senior project’s design process of creating a custom bike trailer for Team Joseph. As done in the Scope of Work, Preliminary Design report, and Critical Design report, current products, relevant technologies, and American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) standards are fully researched and benchmarked to aid in the design selection process. Customer requirements are looked at and developed into engineering specifications. A detailed design was created for CDR to show to Team Joseph, and manufacturing and testing plans were laid out. Yoga affects the lifestyles of many individuals ranging from child and teen to senior. The Yoga Centre studios in San Luis Obispo and Arroyo Grande provide a variety of classes conducive to the yoga practice for all ages and levels. The purpose of this study was to examine the perceived benefits of participants enrolled in different styles of yoga at the Yoga Centre. The 163 participants completed the survey using self-administered and electronic questionnaires distributed in January of 2011. Stress relief was the highest perceived benefit. Baseball incorporates the violent motion of throwing as a main act of physical exertion. The shoulder joint is vulnerable to injury during this movement. The overall purpose of this study was to produce a rehabilitation program for injured overhead-throwing athletes and have it evaluated by healthcare professionals. A paper and pen style questionnaire was sent through the mail to a network of professionals in California. Eighteen of the 20 questionnaires were returned. The quantitative feedback of the Likert scale questions indicated that the program was effective and usable while the qualitative feedback indicated the opposite.
