Abstract
Communication amongst healthcare providers is critical to reducing errors, and in procedural areas, the huddle can be used to standardized communication amongst the team before the beginning of interventional procedures (Goldenhar, Brady, Sutcliffe, Muething, & Anderson, 2013). Prior to the implementation of the revised huddle, a staff survey indicated none of the staff were satisfied with the current process.
