For this literature review, a range of databases were used such as Google Search, PubMed, and Web of Science (mentioned all the ones you used). The search strategy used was a combination of terms such as "medicinal plant compounds," "plant polysaccharides on metabolic diseases," "effects of berberine on diabetes mellitus," " and "effects of medicinal plants on Alzheimer's." Articles chosen for review were published between 2020 and 2022, and only studies in the English language were considered. Whole-body vibration at 80 Hz has previously been shown to blunt neuropathological markers and behavioral symptoms of alcohol dependence. Here, we evaluate its ability to ameliorate symptoms of morphine use and withdrawal. Behavioral and neurophysiological symptoms of withdrawal were reduced significantly by whole-body vibration treatment.
